I have a lot of low back and hip tightness (injury + desk job) so I really focus on that area. Yoga also really helped with this. Some of my favorite stretches/positions are:

-Cat/Cow

-Lizard or Pigeon

-Goddess Squat

-Child's Pose

-Seated or Lying down rotations

I've been seeing a golf PT since August. Hope they're ok with me sharing these stretches (they're active on GS)

The pics have awkward dimensions but this was the most concise way of sharing. The PT app doesn't allow video sharing, otherwise I'd send them to save you from finding good ones in plethora of garbage on YouTube, etc. Maybe start by finding video for a couple stretches/exercises that look interesting and build from there.

If your insurance covers physical therapy for rehab find a golf PT to address "an injury."

Yoga yoga yoga. Builds strength and flexibility. Any and all of it will help. Classes are usually pretty cheap - and I recommend in person classes to start because the instructor may give little cues that a 2% change in position makes a 20% difference in effort or expansion.  Which class to choose?  One for beginners is great but if you don’t see one listed don’t let it dissuade you. I do an Astanga class every week. Great for strength, balance, hip opening, and rotation.  A typical yin class is also great for hip opening and rotation - and is very very low key and zen.   You won’t find a yoga instructor who isn’t welcoming to a new practitioner.

I completely agree. I still use Roberts Yoga for Golf video series. https://yogaforgolfers.com/pages/about_katherine/ easy way to stretch and limber up.

If you have a peloton, they have some GREAT stretching classes available on-demand (hip mobility is INCREDIBLE for golf).  That and Yoga are great for limbering up a bit!
