Rapsodo MLM2Pro - 2024 Forum Review

We ran a member testing opportunity with the Rapsodo MLM2Pro last season, but since then, Rapsodo has released a handful of new features and updates that need to be reviewed.

The Rapsodo MLM2Pro has been highly praised by MyGolfSpy for its various functions and extremely affordable price point. We know how well the Rapsodo MLM2Pro can help golfers with training, video, and overall numbers, but how functional and useful are these new features? Can they open up this launch monitor's value to more golfers for more uses?

To give you an idea of some of the new features that have been released since launch, here is a brief rundown:

R-Cloud: Now you can access all your sessions, recordings, and shots anywhere you have internet access. Want to review swings on your computer and break down your swing? Now you can, and you are not limited to only viewing them on the app.

R-Speed: Are you working on gaining swing speed? R-Speed will record your swings, swing speed, and sessions in conjunction with Superspeed, The Stack, and Rypstick to give you accurate results on your swing speed training. Don’t have one of those? Don’t worry, you can work on speed training just using the Rapsodo App and MLM2Pro.

Range: Practice on a range and get more lifelike feedback even while hitting into a net.

Target Range: Want to work on specific targets? Target Range gives you various targets to aim at in a full virtual practice facility. Hitting targets doesn’t just mean greens; there are fairways and layup options, offering over 100 different targets to choose from.

These are just a few of the new features that have been added, and we need to review them.

Hello again everyone, my name is Evan, and I am so unbelievably excited to have the opportunity to test the Rapsodo MLM 2 Pro. Thank you so much Rapsodo and MGS for making the opportunity available and for selecting me to be a tester. It is a responsibility that I do not take lightly and hope that everyone enjoys the testing to come and that I can help answer all your questions.

My golf career started at 12 with my dad progressing from par 3 course before a smaller executive course and then finally to a full course. I enjoy public golf and am forever grateful to the local course that charged $10 for me to play anytime which made it possible for my dad and I to play every weekend. I was lucky enough to join my high school golf team for a couple years as the only real competitive golf I have played, until this year when I decided to enter my state AM qualifier. It was revealing to get back into competitive golf and something I think I might try again next year.

What this really highlighted for me was the need to try and practice and play more. Being a father of 3 young kids and working does not exactly leave a lot of time available. Enter the MLM 2 Pro and the ability to test what I can get out of more at home practice setup. This is the number one thing I am looking to test. How can having full ball flight simulation when hitting into my home net help me have a better feel when I head to the course. Can it help elevate that weekly round and ultimately keep my swing in a better place? Will all the data listed below help?

I am also excited to test some of the new features such as the R-speed. As a Stack user I am looking forward to seeing how the Rapsodo does and compares to my PRGR that I have used for speed training currently.

Target practice on the Rapsodo range will be a critical piece to improving iron and wedge play, something Shot Scope says I can really work on. With that I also hope to test building out a full wedge matrix with the MLM 2 Pro. I have been working on this but its hard without an accurate measuring device at home.

I also look forward to testing the course simulation as a great way to vary up the practice and hit different shots and distances. I know I can fall into hitting the same couple clubs into the net. There is just so much that this system can do that there will be a lot to test. Including hopefully some side by side comparisons with a GC Quad to test that accuracy.

Lets get this test going and hitting a lot of shots into this set up!

 

 

First Impressions

So, the big day finally arrived, delivery day! Everyone talks about the longest wait being from the time the order is put in to when the product finally arrives at your door. In a review like this I feel the longest wait is between the product arriving and needing to wait to open it so you can figure out your unboxing plan for a review. Coming back from vacation made this extra-long as I was not able to dive in until Monday as we got our lives back in order and let me tell you that felt like much more than just a couple days. So finally, here we are.

The box is solidly built and contains everything that was expected in a nice clean package. The carrying case looks great and feels well built. Then we open the case to find the masterpiece.

There it is the moment I have been waiting for. Some shots to show off what it looks like.

 

And yes, in case anyone was wondering after looking at those photos the unit fits well in that MGS headcover.

Also, the latest addition to our family was curious and wanted to help me set the unit up.

Once the unit was out, it felt solid and well built in the hand. Setting up the stand was easy with one side that holds up a phone the other a tablet. One minor update I would make is to add a bit of rubber to these holders as my iPhone is smaller and feels like it might want to slide out pretty easy.

 I started getting things set up with an all-important test for any gear junky, the Box to Balls test, that is how long after I open the box can I be using the item to hit balls. This is very quick for golf clubs, but how about the MLM2Pro?

Well to be sure it takes a bit of time.

1.      First, you need to download the MLM2Pro app

2.      Either Log-in or set up an account

3.      Then you need to connect to the device, with two options local network connection and direct Wi-Fi (quick note if you have bad cell service go with local network connection)

4.      Then you will likely need a firmware update, but to do that the battery needs to be at 70% and should be plugged in

5.      After some time (a few hours at least) the firmware can be updated and installed

6.      Finally, you can start to hit balls

Needless to say, this took some time, and I started in the evening, so I was not able to use it until the next day. I also ran into a few issues as my unit kept saying it needed the firmware update but when I went to the device settings it said the firmware was up to date. I think this comes down to I have bad service at my house, and I was not on the local network connection which keeps my phone on the Wi-Fi connection, so it was not seeing a firmware update coming through on the app for a bit.

Once I finally got that sorted out things have been smooth sailing and ready to roll. I decided to fire up the playing a course so I can jump right into the fun stuff. The graphics are what I expected but it was fun to have the variation on what to hit and of course have the data that comes with being able to hit balls with tracked spin. The view shows a bit what the course simulation looks like.I have outlined a lot of what I want to test in a previous post, but I will add it again here to help everyone see what is claimed and where I am going with this test. More to come on these topics in the near future!

 

Final Review

 

Aesthetics (9 out of 10) 

When the Rapsodo MLM2Pro arrived, I was more than excited to dive right in. The unit came well packaged and without issue which is always a concern when shipping a piece of tech such as this. The unit already came in its storage case which was a nice added layer of protection. The case itself is well built with rigid sides and molded sections that very securely hold the unit and its tripod so much so you can hold it upside down and it will not fall out. The case made me feel comfortable to take the unit in my golf bag without worrying about damage.

The unit itself is a sleek block of technology, that reminds one of a gold bar, you know from all the times I held one. It is a solid feeling unit that feels well-built and that should be durable for years to come as the unit currently looks like new. The unit size is about as big as could be for being able to be tossed into your golf bag instead of separately. I also love the tripod attachment as it helps deal with slightly uneven lies and gets the unit in a more consistent set up, while holding your phone or iPad. Personally, my phone tended to fall out, but since the unit now has its own cameras instead of the original MLM it is not as much of a deal breaker, but is the reason I took off a point.

The Numbers (19 out of 20)

With any personal launch monitor the two most important features many are looking for, me included. First, is the unit easy to use and second is it accurate. First, when initially setting up the unit things were clear about needing to get the unit on and updating firmware to be able to use it. Unfortunately, you needed to have at least a 70% charge to get the unit updated so I had to wait a day. Not ideal but hardly a deal breaker. Once, it was updated I had no problem connecting to the device on my iPhone and getting a session started.

This brings us next to the accuracy of the numbers. Throughout the testing I have felt very comfortable and confident with the numbers that Rapsodo is producing on each shot. There are times where the spin seems like it might be a bit off, but that could be down to lighting or scuffing on the ball as it seemed better with a fresh RPT ball. I had one bad read at the range where I hit the ball out the right, but the unit thought it drew. Otherwise, every shot tracked aligned with the actual ball flight that I saw. Shorter shots can be tricky as it seems to over read those 10 to 20 yard shorts, but I would not use the unit for less than a 40 yard shot or so as I see those as feel shots.

On-Course (19 out of 20)

The Rapsodo is not really an on-course tool. It takes a few minutes to set up so ensure that you have the ball in the right spot and that it is aligned to your target, on top of getting the app up and running. I might use it for a shot or two but not much else.

For the Rapsodo the range or your at home net is the course, and in these settings the unit is great. It is easy to set up and get your session started, just keep your phone in the shade. It was great to have shot data available to you and check the consistency of the distances you are hitting and shot shapes throughout.

To take the sessions to the next level there are a number of session types offering a wide variety of options. There is the basic practice session with a video replay of the swing with some data, the range showing simulated ball flight and data, a target range to dial in specific distances and consistency, while combines lets you test your skills and see how you stack up. This is not to mention the simulated courses of which there are over 30,000 to choose from. Finally there is R-speed for your speed training needs, though unfortunately for me to run it with The Stack you need two devices.

There are too many options to dive in here without boring you all and loosing you in a 5000 word review, so more to come on those later. Personally, I have enjoyed the range option the best. I personally try not watch my swing lest I get into a spiral that leads to me writing a song about how my swing is broken (LGLG). So the range is a great view to see the simulated shot shapes, and it gives the option to see all the data after each shot instead of the more limited view in some other modes. I have also used the target range to practice those specific shots with a bit more consequence even If I can’t lose a ball.

The Good, the bad, the inbetween (15 out of 20)

Overall, the experience with the Rapsodo has been great. The device has worked well, been easy to step up and delivered interesting options for practice and improvement that is so much more that just hitting into the next like I used to.

I did have a couple of minor issues with my shots not syncing. My first issue was totally on me not ending the session before turning off the device and closing the app. Second is that the R-cloud not getting the data as expected. R-cloud is more of an add on web interface but has some great export of data and video options. R-cloud has lots of potential, so I hope that gets some investment in the future. The only other minor issue is lately the device was struggling to pick up shots. I forced a firmware update and that seemed to fix it, but something to monitor.

Play it or Trade it? (20 out of 20)

Overall, this is a device I would for sure keep and continue to use for enhancing my practice. It is an easy-to-use product that provides a ton of functionality that runs right through your phone. My practice has been more enjoyable and more productive given I can’t always make it to the range. Now I can step out into the yard and get some practice in with actual distances, range targets to work toward, and even play a simulated round if I like, all while being available if the kids need a snack. This one is a keeper to be sure.

Conclusion

The Rapsodo MLM2Pro is a great product for those looking to add some data to their at home or range practice without shelling out thousands of dollars. The unit is sleek and easy to set up both initially and each time you take the unit out. There is a wide number of features available from a range to targets, to combines, to virtual courses. The unit performed with accuracy throughout my testing and turned into a partner for my practice. Of course, there are minor things that can be improved but the core product is great. If you are looking for a budget unit to take you practice to the next level the Rapsodo should be your first stop.

Introduction

Hello MGS!  Let's just say I am super excited to be a part of this test (my wife thinks I'm slightly crazy to be so excited about a "camera" (her words...she just doesn't understand!).

I'm from Yorktown, VA...right around the corner from MGS Headquarters (which I just recently found out).  Play to an 11 handicap, but feel I am leaving shots out there out the course.

I recently started using a Mevo and I like it, don't love it...quickly realized it would be limited in providing the information needed to see improvements.  I hadn't really been too concerned with the numbers, but MGS has changed me!

Getting set-up to put the Rapsodo through the paces at home, on the range and on the course!  

R-Cloud: ability to review prior sessions on the app and the computer...YES!

R-Speed: feel like "speed training" is the new "thing" and had considered it for a while, but never took the plunge...but for the sake of the test, I am in!  Got a SuperSpeed set and will be utilizing it for the test...what could go wrong?

Range/Target Range: ok, this is where I feel like I can benefit...typically hit the range before rounds and have good range sessions that don't translate to the course.  Generally wasn't concerned with a certain distance on the range, which I think is part of the problem...looking forward to using this to improve distance control.

With work and kids, getting to a range and committing to practice can be tough, but having the ability to work on the swing at home with real-time feedback...AMAZING!

Can't wait for the Rapsodo to arrive and get this testing started! 

Unboxing/First Impressions (9 out of 10)

The Rapsodo arrived with no issues at all.  A long, skinny club box is more impressive overall but this still works.  Inside the package was the Rapsodo, case and a sleeve of RPT balls.  

The unit is a little bigger than I expected (mainly as I was coming from a Mevo).  It will take up a bit of space in the bag, but I don't have much in there anyways so I don't expect this to be a problem.

Assembly is very quick, the stand clips into the unit and you're off.  The stand does serve as a phone holder, so you just have to make sure the "single" leg is facing forward (for a tablet you would flip the stand around so the “double” leg is facing forward).

Initial Set-up

Once opened, put the unit on the charger to get going.  I charged mine overnight initially as it can take up to 4 hours.  In the meantime, I had downloaded the app and got my log-in/password established.

After charging, the unit easily connected in the app.  I had to do a firmware update which did take some time.

App was very easy to use...guided you through the steps to get set-up/connected.  Got all my clubs entered into the app and now am ready to go.

Initial Use

I had some issues when I first attempted to use, but this seems to be related to my wifi more than the Rapsodo…brought it back inside and things moved better.  Decided to use the direct connect mode and it was flawless!

I am questioning some of the early distances I was seeing, didn’t think I was striking the ball bad but the distance was way off for some of the clubs.  Just judging this by feel since I was using a net.  Will be keeping an eye on this as the test continues.

Final Review

Thank you again to MGS and Rapsodo for this opportunity, it is truly an awesome product.  I have already seen some improvements/gains with my game just during the test period and am really looking forward to using this product going forward.  While the unit is expensive, it provides so much data that you can focus in on to make improvements…I think I have been missing out for a long time!  My only regret is not being able to have a permanent net/bay set up, but the garage is the only space we have for that and SWMBO decided her car needed to be in there!  I primarily used the Rapsodo with a mat/net at home, but also was able to get it out to the range and on-course.

Aesthetics (9 out of 10)

The Rapsodo and case is fairly big (-1 point) but it still fits easily in the bag.  The protective case is fantastic and everything fits securely in it.  It feels solid and does not seem flimsy.

The Numbers (31 out of 40…breakdown below)

The Rapsodo has a number of different modes for use…will break down the scores by area:

R-Speed (5 out of 5)

• This is fantastic!  Got a Superspeed set in order to properly test this (deep down had been wanting to do some speed training but couldn’t justify it to SWMBO)!  Super easy to set up and get right into training…swing processing takes a bit longer than I would like (maybe 15 seconds…so not much, just have to wait a bit to swing again).  I will continue to use the swing training going forward! 

Courses (4 out of 5)

• Again, this is fantastic!  Love being able to play courses at home and get additional practice in.  Chipping was a little tough to start but took a little getting used to (-0.5 points).  Courses were fairly realistic but doesn’t truly capture some of the terrain/hazards (-0.5 points.  Club distance seems a little off for me which makes playing a little challenging, but still enjoy playing all of the different courses that Rapsodo offers.

Practice/Range (9 out of 10)

• These are very similar in my opinion…like the look of the range mode, but the data view of the practice mode(-1 point)  The video capture is amazing to review and the face impact is humbling!  Watching the face twist open makes me think of the 10k ads!  I can see using either of these modes moving forward, but will probably use the practice mode more often, mainly based on the data portion and the overview for review.

Target Range (4 out of 5)

• This is just hard!  Pick your target based on range and use whatever club you want to hit that target…small/island greens, tight fairways, what a challenge!  There is no way to adjust your starting line (center target) with this (-1 point), so if you work the ball it can be tough.  But definitely a good way to practice.

Combines (4 out of 5)

• The pressure is on, you get graded on your performance with no mulligans.  Score is based on dispersion hitting to 2 different distances and drivers…24 shots total, no pressure!  You can adjust the target distances before you start the session, but that is what you hit to for the entire session.  Really enjoyed this and find it super useful for practice sessions, would make it even better if it generated random distances to hit to during the session (-1 point).

R-cloud (6 out of 10)

• To me, this is lacking somewhat…while it does store all of the data and allow you to export to excel (I do love a good spreadsheet!), find it doesn’t have everything the app has (-2 points).  Target range data doesn’t exist and the shot overview (dispersion charts) don’t exist in the cloud (-2 points).  While there is some good stuff here (exporting impact view videos…can’t be done from the app), feel it misses the mark a bit.

The Good, Bad and In-Between (16 out of 20)

Would be nice if the unit came with adjustable feet built in (-1 point), had issues at the range with depressions behind the mats that made it difficult.  Purchased a leveling base to work with this to help with that

Had some distance issues during first use, but that seemed to be corrected with raising the unit (same height as mat) and moving the net away a bit more (this could be more of an ego issue as I compare yardages!)

It is a must to keep your phone out of direct sunlight…first time on the range my phone shut off due to the temperature (was in direct sunlight), kept the phone in the shade after that with no issues

There is different data views available depending on which mode you are using, would be nice if they were all the same (example, range mode doesn’t show the shot scatter like practice mode does) (-3 points)

Play it or Trade it? (20 out of 20)

I have shot some of my best rounds of the year after receiving the Rapsodo for this test.  I really was never one to practice before, but this makes me want to get out and hit balls.  Since keeping a handicap, it is at the lowest it has been and I feel more confident in my swing now than I have in a long time (believe that practicing and the data from the Rapsodo directly contribute to this)!

Overall, the Practice, R-Speed and Combines are going to get a lot of use going forward.  Probably isn’t a surprise if you have been following along with this test, but I thoroughly enjoy the Rapsodo and will be using this to practice at home going forward.  While it does have some limitations, it performs in the areas needed to help make practice worth while to make improvements to my game.  

TLDR

Super happy to be able to participate in this test, the Rapsodo does have some limitations and room for improvement overall but it is a very useful device for practicing and gathering data…if you are looking to improve your game, I would highly recommend this!

Introduction:

My name is Scott. I’m in my mid-40s and live just south of Boston with my wife and two young sons (5 and 3). I am a 15 handicap and consistently shoot in the 80s. 

 

I am a teacher and enjoy playing all summer long and year-round as the New England weather permits, although I don’t get to play as often as I did pre-kids! I look forward to getting my boys into the game in the next few years. For now, they enjoy putting with me and attending holiday parties at the golf club. 

 

I’m a native of Massachusetts and started playing a little golf in my younger years but got really into it when I met my wife in 2010 and we started playing together. My wife is a lifelong golfer who grew up playing at a great 9 hole course where she has belonged since she was a little kid. Once we got married and I became a member of the club, I started playing more and more and connected with a great group of guys who like to get out on the weekends. My wife and I play together when we can, together and with other couples. We’ve been fortunate enough to play at some great clubs in Massachusetts. Two of my favorites are Farm Neck in Martha’s Vineyard and Miacomet on Nantucket. I also enjoy traveling up north to Jay Peak in Vermont where my childhood friends and I play for a long weekend each summer. I would play golf anywhere, anytime! 

Here is my wife at the Hyannisport Club in Hyannis Port, MA alongside Bobby Orr, Bill Murray (and Ethel Kennedy in the back). 

 

My strengths are chipping and putting and playing around the green, from 100 yards in. 

 

My weaknesses are driving off the tee and using long clubs out of the rough. The longer the club, the more I tend to hit an over-the-top hook. 

 

I am a huge fan of this forum because this community is very relatable to me and I value the reviews. I love everything about the game of golf – the competitiveness, the camaraderie, and the skill and focus required to play well, but I also really enjoy following the pros and reading about the latest technology and tools of the game. 

 

I will be testing and examining the Rapsodo MLM2Pro. I plan to use it in my backyard primarily. I have a large hitting net, and I’m excited to use it in conjunction with the Rapsodo MLM2Pro. I am really excited to see how it works in practice and how it might positively impact my game and yours. It’s a great price point. I spend a fair amount of time and money at the PGA Superstore using the hitting bays, and this might be a game changer for me in terms of practicing at home. 
 

I’m also looking forward to using superspeed training kit system with the R speed setting!

Unboxing/Initial photos/First set up

The Rapsodo MLM2PRO came in an unassuming brown packing box. Inside, it came in a nice white box similar to an Apple product’s packaging. I was impressed by the design. 

After further inspection, the box had a very nice protective case along with a set of 3 Callaway RCT balls.

The MLM2pro comes with the following: Launch monitor; Launch monitor base; charging cord; instruction manual; 3 pack of Callaway RCT balls; protective/carrying case.

The presentation is great.  It’s very simple.  Putting in the base is super easy, and only having one cord and only one button to press seems super easy.

I do have a Mevo. It’s going to take a little while to get used to the more substantial size of the MLM2pro compared to the much smaller Mevo:

Here is a short video of me being able to fit the MLM2pro nicely in the side pocket of my Vessel Sunday bag.  It fits perfectly into either larger pocket on each side of it.  Really it wasn’t an issue at all, and I consider my bag to be on the smaller side.

 

 

 

I wanted to wait until the MLM2pro arrived before starting the process of downloading the app and getting everything started so I could see how long it all takes.  

The process went like this:

1. Download app

2. Charge MLM2pro (This was the only time-consuming part– it took over 3 hours to charge up first time – it was not ready to go out of the box).

3. Activate 1 year premium membership (required providing credit card information for future payment)

4. Firmware update

5. Put in “My clubs” data (I didn’t get too intense with this yet, but I did put in all of my clubs though just not all of their specs)

6. Establish Bluetooth connection (I only used my iPhone today and it connected right away 30 feet from my house)

7. Pick what type of session you are having, range or net, type of ball, and club.

8. I set the MLM2pro up and hit around 30 balls today before it got dark.  (PW)

FINAL REVIEW 

FIRST IMPRESSIONS 

My first impression is that this is a very sleek design. As I mentioned previously, it looks like something from the Apple Store. I wouldn’t say that this is a luxury item, but it looks like a great piece of technology right out of the box. You can tell the company cares about people’s first impressions because the boxing, and what is in the box, looks fantastic. It is nothing over the top – just a straight-forward piece of technology made to look incredibly easy to use. There are only three parts to the unit: the launch monitor part, the tripod legs, and a power cord. The unit feels super light but durable, which is perfect for carrying in your bag.  

AESTHETICS (19 out of 20)

Again, the unit is very sleek and minimalist with a very polished design. As a golfer and someone who is into tech products, it checks all of the boxes that I like in terms of simplicity and a sleek look. The unit does feel solid, and the tripod legs once again felt solid but not overly heavy. I’ve only had it for a couple of months, but I do believe it to be durable (I’ll keep the thread updated on that).  

The size of the unit comes in around 13 to 14 inches when the legs are put on. The case fits perfectly in my Vessel Sunday bag with ease. Last week, I had it in the bag pocket which is not oversized by any means. I had the Rapsodo MLM2Pro case, my Wingman bluetooth speaker, and my Prosender training aid. I had no problem zipping it up with all three inside.  (video) 

 

THE NUMBERS (19 out of 20) 

The launch monitor’s numbers seem to be spot on. I used the Callaway RPT balls exclusively. The launch monitor uses a dual camera system with a doppler radar to output 13 data metrics. I hit almost daily into a net setup I have at home in my yard using the RPT balls. As someone who is a novice at using such a device (I did own a Mevo, but only used it a handful of times), getting the numbers was pretty eye-opening. The device gives great information on shot direction, shape and carry, and total distance. For me those were the four main things I was looking for to score better. Basically, I was looking to find out where to aim and how far the ball will go. I loved starting off with these simple goals. This has resulted in lowering of my handicap (more on this to come).  As I have progressed using the system over the past two months, I’m starting to look at other metrics, like launch angle and side angle. 

The only metric that I would be interested in seeing added to the unit would be angle of attack. Angle of attack has been very important in my both of my fittings. I have had at Truespec Golf. I really saw first-hand how angle of attack with some clubs can really help trajectory and spin rate at those fittings. I’m hoping this becomes a metric that will be available soon.  

On-Course (19 out of 20) 

The MLM2Pro didn’t have much time with me out on the course. I usually play once a week on a weekend morning, which is less than ideal conditions to bring a launch monitor out and try to set up with each swing. I did take it out beforehand and hit balls with it either at the range or in my net in my yard. Knowing how my swing feels and seeing the numbers I’m getting before the round starts has been one of the biggest pluses of having the unit. Seeing my ball flight and getting carry/total distance numbers made my usual first three holes of bogeys turn into pars and birdies. 

 

Using courses on the launch monitor was incredible! Every year I go and play two or three new courses with friends I have had for 40 years. Two of the three courses I found and played virtually three times each before I played matches at them. Courses is fantastic just to get a sense of a course, looks, and distances. It definitely gave me an advantage.  

The GOOD, the BAD, and the in-between (19 out of 20) 

The Good: My handicap index went down 2.6 strokes in two months only playing seven rounds.  This has been my main point after practicing with this launch monitor. My on-course results have been spectacular. I’ve shot my lowest round (82), and every round since the first week of having the unit has been in the 80s for me. I’m usually hovering around a 17-19 handicap. I sit at a 14.5 as I type this. I’m hoping to break 80 before the season is over. The MLM2Pro has given me the confidence I need to just have more fun on the course. 

The Bad: I’m not sure I have any real issues with the Rapsodo. As I mentioned, I’d love to see angle of attack added as one of the metrics. The other thing you need to be cognizant of is the amount of space you need if you plan on using it at home. You’re also going to need to spend money on a good net along with some sort of mat.

I plan to keep the Rapsodo MLM2Pro for as long as I can. For the space I have and the budget I have, I’m not sure I could find a better launch monitor. 

CONCLUSION/OVERALL: 96 out of 100 

The Rapsodo is incredibly accurate. It has a high-quality design, and it is easy to set up and use. Overall, I’m extremely happy to say the Rapsodo MLM2PRO has lived up to the hype for me. It’s an accurate, beneficial, and fun unit under $1,000. It’s great to have a product available with such usable data. It has given me great on-course results for $699, and it’s been a lot of fun practicing with it. I mentioned that it helped me prepare to play, and it also got me into a routine of really warming up. There are many benefits to the Rapsodo. For me, reduction in my handicap has been a huge benefit, but I’ve also benefited from using it as part of a pre-game routine to get warm and strengthen my swing. I wasn’t sure if the Rapsodo would live up to the hype, but it has for me. $699 is an investment, but it’s cheaper than some packs of lessons. I have recommended it to my friends, and I recommend it to you now. If you can make the investment and commit to using it, the Rapsodo will absolutely improve your game.

I am leaning this way to see how they go since right now the only one offered is the Callaway Chrome Soft X and I play a Pro V1.
