I was almost 17 -- had a thing for Leia almost immediately. She replaced Dorothy Hammill and Valerie Bertinelli as my sweethearts that would never be...

Empire and Jedi we saw south of the border in Bellingham since our summer place was down there.

Going with my brother who's 4 years older than me and my niece (teenager) who grew up addicted to Star Wars via her father.

We saw it in a small theater in bustling Aberdeen Washington. This theater no longer exists... But the memory of sticky floors and Light Sabers will never fade!

I have only seen the Original and while I'm not a a Big sci-fi guy. I was blown away by the special effects in that one.

 

I'll probably see this out of curiosity. But most likely wait until the week after Christmas when I have a few vacation days.
