I saw some tool on Twitter saying Kuchar should have conceded the next hole to be a good sport and was totally unwilling to admit that Sergio caused the issue by being his usual petulant self. 

That's a different comment (I'm trying to be nice). Sergio in all of his arrogance decided to hit the ball before he got the confirmation that the putt was ok. Then he wants Kuch to concede the next hole - really??

Well said! I was rooting a bit more for Kuch but was ok with Kisner winning. Kuch looked tired throughout the day - not his normal smiling, chipper personality.

I did not know Kisner had lost his tour card twice in his short career.  That makes today's win even that much better.  I like scrappy, underdogs like these two guys. Plus, this win could really help propel him at The Masters where he has had solid play.

I'm not sure that Kuch is an underdog. He's been a really great consistent player for a while. Maybe not a prolific winner, but definitely a consistent top 10 player.

I guess it's just that his name is not one that is mentioned as frequently as a handful of others - but yea, agree.

I didn't watch today but glad to hear Kisner went on to win.  I like this guy's game and I see this win as yet another stepping stone in his path to a good future in the game.

I actually thought the finals were anti-climactic. There didn't seem to be much energy, everyone looked wiped. Good win for Kiz though, I always enjoy seeing a down to earth guy do weel.

My favorite Kisner quote was last year when he said “You think I’m scared of Dustin Johnson...” a year later he’s the Champ. Should be a Presidents Cup lock for this year. Match Play is his forte.

What can you say about Kisner? Making it to the championship round in this event in consecutive years is a remarkable accomplishment- I got some of it driving to and from the range and then at halftime and during time outs of the Duke LOSS.

Did I mention that Duke LOST in that narrative?

I think this is just a product of two of the more consistent but unexciting golfers out there playing.
