Have to come back to this thread where I dunked on Grayson Murray for a stupid tweet. I listened to his post round comments after he won Sony this past week and he seems like, at least right now, has made an attempt to make big changes in his life. Sounds like he was dealing with substance abuse and depression and while that doesn't excuse predatory behavior (if there was any) I will say I might be pulling for him in the future. I didn't like that he signed that open letter to the PGA Tour (seemed short sighted) but frankly he has a lot of talent and I would hate to see that wasted.

Like many who go through what he has I hope the narrative doesn't become just about his addiction. He has talent and hopefully it becomes a footnote in a very successful career.

Agreed. 

Grayson isn’t someone I admire or respect in the least. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I was pleased to see him turn off social media and focus on his game. He has too much talent and it was nice to see him fight for that win at the Sony.

First Kirk and now Murray - great to see 2 very talented golfers overcome their demons and rise to the top. Addiction is a lifelong battle and I hope that they can continue to defeat it.
