The black one hope gets into the most bizarre positions at night….we have had her under our pillows before, she’s insane. Henry normally slept in the floor but occasionally he knocked everyone off and claimed the bed with us lol. He was definitely the pack leader for a long time

I just picked this little fella up yesterday.  My first Brittany after owning several Labs.  He's still unnamed....but has already weaseled into my heart!  (Update.... he is now Simon)

I loved all these pictures - as a follow up we had to put Peanut, our Goldie, down on Friday.

If more people were like dogs, the world would be a better place. I know that sounds kind of awful, but it's true.  The butterfly shot was by our part time neighbors out doing photo shoots with my wife... and her three dogs.

RevKev, I am very sorry to learn of your loss.

We had to put Brinkley down on Friday.  We are still really sad about it.  We always referred to him as our oldest son, but we had 13.5 years with him, so we feel blessed.  Our 10 year old is choked up about losing his brother.  It was very hard for all of us.

Can't stop thinking about him when its a nice day outside.

That hurts - we had to put our Carin Terrier down after 12 years because of a heart problem. One of the worst days I ever had.
