Yeah I had a good time, fortunately. Tried different things the 2nd go around on all of my shots besides the tee shot. Cut strokes off really just by playing simpler. I am hoping soon a better tee shot will build for me

I walked out of the store without making a single purchase.  Our daughter (2.75yr old) has decided though that she wants golf clubs like daddy.

Two of our picking team. My wife, Amy on the left and Wendy, one of the organizers of the picking group, on the right. They are in front of 300 pounds or so of oranges, lemons, and grapefruit all destine for a local food bank. 

I did make it to the driving range though. So it was a good day!

1am here so technically morning. Had a bunch of a bunch to do and got about a quarter of it done. Thankfully tomorrow is mainly an off day so should be able to catch up!

Didn't go back and read the last 4 pages.  Nasty temps dropped today. 20⁰ overnights + wind chill for.next 5 days. Highs in the 40s expected +winds.  All courses are closed until this passes.  Including practice areas.

It's a frigid morning here in TN with temps in the single digits. I just got to work and am going to enjoy the warmth of my car before walking in. 

I have a lot more respect for my northern friends after having to get out this morning and scrape ice even after doing it yesterday.

Wholeheartedly agree on our northern friends @sirchunksalot - I don’t think I could survive one season up there!

Kiddos back in school today - so today should be a much more productive work day at home!

Good morning and happy Wednesday spies! Starting off positive at 3°F this morning, although it’s still -14° with the wind chill. Should warm up to 15° this afternoon though so that will be nice. Only a few more days of this cold and then we’re heading for the 30s.

Morning all! New snowfall and a steady wind creating snowdrifts in the winding road out of the village are testing my l’il Hyundai turtle’s steadfastness. I’m not saying it’s turmoil out here, but speaking as a guy from Northern California, I do miss snow chains.

This kind of weather usually lasts about a week or so, but 10 days in and more snow forecasted to fall, and I’m starting to dream of this fella.

Good morning all , well since we all are retired and the temp is 39° and get to all of 47° by noon , my pals canceled the tee time this morning since there will be much better days to play minus heavy coats and heaters though we shall meet for the lunch that occurs after golf in a heated patio ! May you be safe , warm and successful in your daily endeavors since it’s still deep freeze for most of the country !

Good morning Spies on this "Hump Day" morning of what should be a short work week for those still working.

Similar to @ParFore74x with the weather, today appears to be the last mornings of the severe wind chill advisories here, and looking forward to seeing at least the 20's for highs.

Hope that those still in the deep freeze stay safe, warm and out of harm's way, and that everyone makes the day the best it possibly can be, and that something enjoyable is in your plans.

Morning Spies! The kids are rather bummed that they have school again today. They were hoping for -19 degrees and a cancelation alas the windchill is only -13 this morning so they'll be braving the cold again today. For me, more meetings today - one potential acquisition and another for possible product partnership. On a personal note, I started a 30-day physical fitness challenge. The goal is rowing 5000 meters a day. Today is only day 3 but I'm looking forward to hitting all 30 days in a row! May you all have a great day. Stay warm and safe out there today!

Balmy 41* as I head out to the club this morning. Only 9 of us today for this wintry chill in central FL. Recently bought some warm garments to wear…a vest and an insulated jacket from 32 degrees website. Very lightweight and warm.

@MattWillGolf thx I look at shoveling the drive and clearing off the cars as my early morning outdoor exercise. Plus I like to take care of my honey so she can get on her way to work!

Since half the garage is my golf practice area plus board rack and the other half is packed with all kinds of stuff on shelves and a workbench of sorts. And the snowblower (not enough snow for it yesterday) is parked in there, too .. end result is no room for cars in the (so called) garage.

Speaking of golf practice may (or: should) do a little more work on my drills later .. really want to start to get comfortable with the new movements I've been working on.

Stay warm and safe everyone; work hard but not too hard; play nicely with others and don't run with scissors

Good morning MGSpies from a snowy frigid WNY experiencing when LESS is more in the direct line of the in-progress Lake Erie Lake Effect Snow Storm that dumped another 3 feet of fluffy white all over the existing heavily packed 4 feet of already compacted snowfall from the weekend/beginning of the week.  Had to shovel for corgis to get out for their business

and 10⁰F was enough to frostbite the ears in the time to shovel a 10'x10" space in snow 4 times the height of our low-riders.  If anyone misses snow, you can find it here and you're welcome to come get it. 

And it is still snowing expected to last most of the day - good thing we stocked up on after dinner mints.  Hope golf is a part of your day!

Good morning spies! Today is the first day above 0° in about 5 days! School is finally back in session which means I can finally teach again. Looking forward to a short week and hopefully, warmer weather in the near future.

Goodmorning all, it is a freezing day here in the ville. My wife is at home again today because their office is closed and I'm teleworking due to the 2" of ice on the road. What i would give to be able to leave the house lol its gonna be one of those days at work on top of that. Lets get to it! Have a great one, Hit 'em straight, and BE THE BLESSING!!

Good morning! We're supposed to crack double digits today with a high of 16! It's all uphill from here! That is, until we go back downhill this weekend. Good times. Slept in an hour this morning, so the gym session is this afternoon - going to do the deadlifts I skipped yesterday and try to get a couple miles in on the indoor track. Two cups down with several more to go to stay warm. Make it a great day!

Good Morning everyone!  16º and snow last night with 2 more inches today with a little freezing rain thrown in.  It won't get above freezing until Saturday.  Nice weather for my trip to the hospital in 3 hours for a heart procedure.  They say I will only be there today, unless there are complications.  I'll check in tomorrow.

yesterday I made it to the golf shops, see the various threads for details. while it was good for the soul yesterday, today i am left with the same single digit temps and a head full of possibilities. at least the coffee is hot and delicious, as i daydream of spring and lush green fairways…
