My father and mother both had blood pressure issues, they took prescribed meds. Screw the meds! Do minimal research and determine what to eat and what to take as vitamins and other supplements, you will be better off in the long run! Popular Post RoverRick
I was up doing payroll at 2 am like every Wednesday. Usually, because I want it done by the time the payroll people come into work so they don’t bother my Wednesday afternoon golf game. No golf for me today. My back is still sore, and I’m missing that and the monthly men’s scramble. Good news is I will be making some slow motion swings and reshafting some clubs prepping for my virtual match game this weekend. I’m swapping out the Cobra Forged Tec Black irons on KBS C Taper Lites for Ping G425 3-7 hybrids Cobra CB/MB 8-G on MMT. I’ve had the parts to put my “injury set up” together for some time. I’ve just been feeling well enough to not need it. I already know what will happen. I’ll take these forgiving clubs, make “3/4 swings”, play lights out for a few days. Then I’ll continue to improve health wise, and begin to swing harder, start to pull the hybrids 40 yards left, go back to the irons, swing harder, reinjure myself, and start the process all over. During the process my handicap will decrease to 6 and then increase to 12. Popular Post Preeway
Good morning everyone. Local coffee chain is offering free coffee to teachers today so no coffee in hand yet. But will have two in hand as I hit one by my house then a second right next to my school. Gotta make the most of events like this and they get enough of my money during the year that I don’t feel guilty double dipping. My girls volleyball team has their first game today. I teach in the inner city so the VB talent pool isn’t as deep as the suburbs but my girls have a lot of fight in them. Sometimes too much if you know what I mean. I’m excited to see them finally get a chance to compete after a couple weeks of practice. We won’t best many teams (we were 0-10 last year) but they always play hard and never give up. Hope everyone has a great day ahead.
