Good morning spies! Happy Christmas Eve to everyone! Making breakfast for my wife and I (17 year old kiddo won’t get out of bed for at least a couple more hours) and then I have some swing drills that I need to work on in the basement today.

So it turns out that my coworker that I’ve been playing golf with lately is not only much better than I am but he is also pretty good at pointing out my flaws and more importantly, how to correct them. He’s given me a couple of setup and swing drills to help me out on the tee box. I saw quick results with accuracy off the tee yesterday after we started to discuss my inconsistencies so I guess I now have an unofficial instructor.

Merry Christmas Eve and Good Morning my fellow spies. 
  Golf yesterday, was interesting and somewhat successful. I am NOT  much of a mudder as my whining in earlier posts will attest to, yet yesterday was not a horrible outcome. Shot within a couple of strokes of my handicap and I will take that outcome. Still having issues hitting the Edison’s out of the wet cement like caliche  Can not put the entire blame on the Edison’s as my wrist issues have dictated a different attack angle (significantly less severe) and I have yet to find a less painful swing path to commit to, so I am not helping the wedges much. 
   No golf for a few days. Going to “try” and be an adult for the next couple of days and not cause any domestic or societal issues. I am helping myself in doing this by embracing the fact that the female who rules my life and is the keeper of my heart, will wonder what I am up to.. Speaking of my wife person; she may have gone a tad too far in making this sign to leave out for Santa. 

This from a woman who thinks the reason you have a kitchen is to a have a place for the stove/oven, that are only to be used  for heat if the furnace goes out. 

    Safe travels for those on the road, and positive memorial times for all this holiday season.

Good luck with the offers…. Just might want to consider being noncommittal with the clients  on who will be living south of them. If it does come up, point out that it is really, really a far distance away. You and Mrs. Parker got  this !!

This is exactly how I feel during long periods of time away from work. I stay up late and the mind still wants to wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning. Sleeping until 6-6:30 is so nice sometimes.

Good morning spies. Going over to the course after it warms up some. There is frost on my neighbors roof this morning so I do not want to tread on the grass. Anyway going to go check the depth of the river that the back 9 became Friday night. Hopefully a great deal of the water has made its way off the course. I normally walk , and let my Navigator haul my clubs. I may have to forgo that for a week or so as to avoid slogging through the mud and sod that is so soft I sink up over the tops of my golf shoes!

So while it's gonna be in the mid-50s, the fog is thick enough that Rudolph is gonna have to have that nose turned on so Santa can get those gifts delivered. I dabbled in real estate for a number of years as a side hustle and I know how stressful the wait can be waiting for a response. @Javs keep sending those pictures. Good Christmas Eve morning Spies from a not too cold, damp and foggy Michigan.

Plans for the us here the next couple days is to spend time with family and friends, we do each side of the family on separate days due to size of families and space limitations. 

This year we don't host any, but only travel short distances each day.

Hope that those that are traveling stay safe, and make their journeys uneventful.

Hope that all here have the best day they possibly can, and realize the reason of the season, and use this time to create everlasting memories.

Wife just informed me to not use the bank card until Wednesday.  Apparently there was a package delivered this morning that we did not order. She said the invoice slip was for 3200 bucks. iMac pro 27" home pc system bundle. We don't use Apple products, so no idea.

Good Christmas Eve Sunday Morning everyone!  It was a beautiful sunny, 42º no wind day yesterday so my wife and I played golf.  Today it's 23º so we have a frost delay, but are headed out again... but cloudy, no sun!!  Probably won't get out there until noon.  

Hope everyone traveling makes it safely to their destination... especially Santa!!

Good morning Spies,

Happy Christmas Eve. Up early to make my Nonni’s gravy for tonight’s dinner. Browned the pot roast with onion and put it in the crockpot with the tomato sauce, porcini mushrooms, red wine, rosemary, thyme and oregano. It with cook until dinner time.  If you are a San Francisco area native, it will put one in mind of the pot roast at Westlake Joe’s in Daly City.

My son works tomorrow so our traditional Christmas tequila shot will occur today via FaceTime. We will open gifts with him and his fiancé.

Good morning all! Today is A Christmas Story day. Every Christmas Eve I watch it about a million times, this year I get to so Addison! We had Christmas with my family and boy it was fun! Seeing her doing all of the present stuff was fun, she was more excited about paper and boxes all then gifts! As far as golf, I got to play gspro yesterday and shot a 95 at Georgia Golf Club! I went back to the range today and hit the Paradym driver with the xstiff shaft! It was interesting. I’ll be throwing those numbers on my review shortly! Can’t wait for the stiff shaft to get in!

Good morning and happy Christmas Eve! Today is a day celebrating Christmas at the in-law’s and boy-o-boy are the kids excited! My kids are similar age to @Jnoble89 kids and it is a riot watching them get so excited for every little thing that goes on. 
Normally on a 50 degree day in December I would be chomping at the bit to get out and golf, but this family time is pretty nice!

I firmly believe that those little ones that this is for will throughly enjoy it. Your  build is still  a lot better, significantly better than a lot of us could do… Speaking for myself, I would have ended up with a pile of kindling and I don’t even have a fireplace or fire pit….. My wife and I always play golf on Christmas if the weather cooperates.  Not this year!  After a truly great day yesterday, it was cold enough this morning that the course didn't open today.  They also had a signup sheet for a shotgun start on Christmas Day, but my wife and I and one other couple were the only ones that signed up.  So the pro decided to close the course.  Being that it's just the two of us, we are thinking what we should be doing for next Christmas.
