Not sure I have a "favorite" ...

I like a lot of guys for their competitiveness, grit, ability etc.
Brian Harman showing that even small guys can win.
Speith because he's always talking to himself.
Rory for his incredible ability.
Jon Rahm for his forthrightness.
Guys on the champions tour, ladies on the LPGA, guys trying to make it on KFT and Monday Q.

I read this story a while ago on Pat Perez.
Worth it if you have a minute. I love stories about guys that come from nothing to make it. I can definitely relate (not that I've "made it" but the nothing part)

My favorite is/has been Tiger Woods.  I think the press vilified him more so than others, especially given the behavior of some golfers from previous eras.  But, as he is not playing due to all his injuries, it's a tie between JT Thomas and Rory McIlroy.  Rory seems overly concerned about the LIV and JT is in one of those slumps that the current group of golfers seem to eventually go.  

Titleist drive (TS1)., Callaway Epic Star 5wood; MAVRIK hybrids, Callaway irons, Ping Sand wedge and Vokey 60* wedge.  Still using my Wilson 8813 and am looking for a new putter.  My wife's bag is all Callaway.  I retired from the USAF after 30 years and 17 moves --loved my career.

Hideki Matsuyama and Cam Young. I love their swing. <The pause at the top is what does it for me. 

 

Ricky Fowler impressed me when he kept his cool that one time his ball rolled in the water and he was penalized even though it wasn't his fault. I have respected him since then.

-Driver: Cobra Aerojet LS 10.5 (Kai'Li Stiff shaft)

-5 wood: Cobra Aerojet (stiff shaft)

-Hybrids: Cobra F7 stiff shaft set at 19.5 and 23.5 degree

-Irons: Mizuno JPX 919 forged 5 to PW ( Project X LZ 6.5)

-Wedges: Vokey SM7, 50, 54 and 58 degree

-Putter: Odyssey O-Works Red #7 (33 inches)

 

I play between 70 to 80 rounds per year. Living in Alberta, Canada, our season is shorter and with work, that is all I can get in, but watch out when I retire...

I used to hate watching Tyrell Hatton whine. Then I heard him and it's awesome, he's like us, but good at golf. It's fun pulling for him but it gets better when he hits bad shots because the every man comes out. 

I also like watching Jordan and his wife (caddie) talk through shots or get into cat fights.

Favorite pro has been Tiger my whole fan life. Since he’s not really touring anymore, my current favorite is Rory. 
 

Favorite young guy is probably Viktor if he counts as that anymore.

I have always been a fan of Rickie Fowler I guess it's because he has always been loyal to Cobra and Puma. When I started playing the first clubs I bought was a set of Cobra Oversized knock offs that where made for me after a fitting I had with a club maker. I later picked up a set of pre-owned Cobra Oversized from a friend of mine who has since past away. He taught me quite a bit and I'll always be thankful he did. I've been a Cobra and Rickie fan from the begining and I guess I will to the end.

I'd rather be play golf than just about anything else.

Hovland just seems to love his life.  I am a big fan of Spieth, Fowler, and Dahmen. Just love the Everyman golfers

That’s why I have the TaylorMade association. Growing up watching Tiger and Rory made me love the brands.
