What is your favorite golf glove and why?

I switched over to the Red Rooster glove. The feel is very good and Cabretta leather seems to be a little thicker than other gloves I have worn. So far I have three rounds on the same pair and it still looks and feels new. No stretching or extra material moving around on the fingers. I’m planning on sticking with this brand.

Do you use their glove holder between rounds? I have packaging from an old glove that I use to store mine, but something nicer seems like a good investment.

I use an old gloves packaging as well. Something nicer might be a good idea. But once it starts getting warm I usually hang the glove on my bag to let it air out and dry then it goes in the packaging.

I love the Bridgestone golf E glove, its pretty cheap and it just fits really well, holds up ok and its breathable

I’ve been using Bender gloves for the last few seasons and really like them. They are not for everybody, there are no plain white options. The cabretta gloves are great when it’s a little cool, like early spring and late fall in the Midwest. During the summer though, the mesh backed gloves are wonderful. Glove is just as secure as the cabretta but much cooler in the heat. I usually use two to three gloves per round depending on how hot it is. I let them air out on the side of my bag after wearing them and then store them in a Bender glove box. The box and gloves don’t stink and gloves last for quite a while.

Absolute favorite is FJ Staysof. But humity and sweating means FJ rain gloves see most of the action. Current rain glove has seen about 1.5-2 seasons of use. I'm fairly gentle on gloves but the longevity of FJ rain gloves has been surprising.

My fav is Bionic Stable Grip size Cadet Medium.  The leather is thicker and they last up to 6 months. I also have some MG’s, Vice, Harry Taylor, Birdie Town and Bridgestone Soft gloves….The MG’s are the best for the price.

I've just started wearing the Red Rooster line of gloves and find them to be very nice.  The fit is very good for me, the leather soft and thin.  Wear is good.  Price is on the higher side, comparable to Titleist Player gloves.

I've tried some of the less expensive lines and didn't really care for the feel.  For years, I played without a glove, which saved me a ton of money over the seasons, but started wearing them again after buying one for a full day of club fitting 3 years ago.  Keep thinking about going without again, but so far still haven't done that.

PGASS has a whole rack of gloves dedicated to Lefties so I was intrigued especially since they had a special 2 pr for $20 for the store brand. Prior to this purchase I always wore FJ both rain and regular leather. The PGASS ones are as soft as the FJ's and wear just as long. I have worn Bionics (which is the only glove my wife wears) and they did well but for as many rounds as I play they're pricey. I also included a pair of Snell Gloves in my last purchase of Snell balls about 18 months ago - they were garbage. They felt fine - soft and flexible but I think they only lasted about 5 rounds.

I used Zero Friction gloves on the recommendation of a friend. I bought 3 and they held up great. I will still be able to use them to at least start this season. Love the different colors too.

Preference is the FJ stasof due to feel of the leather and fit for my hand.  They usually last an ok amount of time.  Less than what they should for price.

I've tried so many others. Titleist just doesn't fit right.

MG golf gloves are decent to have in the bag for practicing and surprisingly soft for $10 bucks.

May give the Red Rooster a try after reading the recommendations.

Mentioned this before, a while back I had thumb surgery on my glove hand that gave me about 85% mobility. Bionic Stable Grip helped me grip the club with less power. Since then, I’ve grown accustom to the glove. I could probably switch to something I’ve used in the past, but frankly, I’m tired of buying replacements so often.

I use MG brand gloves. The leather feels good, is durable for me, and lasts 20 rounds or more. I find them better than some of the other name brand gloves.
