Arccos Putting Sensor Screw

Morning,

Whats the general consensus about the Arccos screws, specifically the putter one. I’ve recently bought a set of the grips and the pack has come with a putter screw to attach. I really like the Scotty Cameron Matador grip but this screw doesn’t look like it will survive too long in the bag. I know superstroke do a sensor adapter which looks the most secure, but would like to keep the matador grip if possible! Next question would then be what superstroke is closest to the matador? Thanks

I had to cut a few threads off of my Arccos putter sensor to prevent it from sticking too far out, because I had a counter-weight in the grip. It'll do just fine if you cut a few of the threads off, used it for nearly 2 years

Yup, I had mine screwed into a pistolero grip with a counter weight, and Evnroll Pistol grip (no weight), and now a Golf Pride SNSR Contour. I’ve never even had it start to come loose.

If you’re worried about it falling off I’ve heard some guys take a little electrical tape and wrap it a bit.

I've been using for over two years and never had a putter sensor detach - the superstroke adaptor is very good for anyone using those grips - nice elegant approach I think

Had a Scotty 6m with the Matador Mid grip. Never had any issue. Not sure what the concern is, but unless you like to abuse your clubs, it'll be just fine.

Any solutions for the Superstroke counter balance weight screw? It doesn’t go in at all. (That’s what she said).
