Which club manufacturers offer good selections of shaft options?

Looking to upgrade my clubs this year and wondering which club manufacturers offer the most choices without going to overly costly upgrades. Seems places like Golftec or Club Champion want to upgrade me into expensive shaft options.

GolfTec and club champion will put you in stock offerings if you tell them that’s what you want.

All the large manufacturers and some brands like PXG and New level have about the same amount of options. The problem is most also lack the inventory on certain shafts due to supply chain issues. You can go on tgw and see all the available options for all the brands without having to go to each individual company website

I don't know many manufacturers stuff, but I was selected to do a MGS Review for Titleist T-series irons two years ago.  I went to a local Titleist fitter, and had a choice of maybe 8 to 10 different steel shafts at no upgrade charge.  There were also a smaller number of graphite shafts available without upgrade charge.    So maybe a dozen different shafts with no upgrade.  I'd be willing to bet that most major manufacturers would be similar.
