Back at it early again this morning for employee HRA screenings, got in at 5:30 and have a very long day ahead of me as I'll be here until 6:00pm. The boys have tee ball from 6:00-7:15 this evening, but I may end up missing that to get home and get dinner ready. With the long day today and early starts yesterday and again on Thursday it is looking like I'll have Friday off and pre-emptively booked a tee time for 8:30am. I'll take both boys with me and play the front 9 to get a score to pair with my 44 (PB for 9 holes at my home course ) on the back 9 yesterday. Hope everyone has a great day! I will leave at the same time to hit the gas station and no lines!! My poor play yesterday dictates that I spend the morning working on my short game. Driver was great. Nailed some 225y+ drives which is long for me; even had one 203y into a 15mph wind. Not sure what has happened with my swing, but I seem to have turned my slight fade into a draw. Don't know if I like that yet. There's a hole on what was formerly a ski slope, if you can catch the ball just right, you'll hit the absolute longest drives of your life. It's a fantastic course, great condition and layout, with a very nice practice area as well. Only the trees and shrubs on the side of the practice ground prevented the shanks I hit from bouncing around the car park! Thins, fats, wide left and right as well.
