But I was amped up about getting into spring mode!! I'm probably an outsider in this, but I love spring clean up. Bringing the lawn from a patchy, dreary brown to lush green just gives me so much satisfaction

I've been mowing for a month.  The fertilizer is working great!!!  I have to mow twice a week now.  I could never be a golf course grass mower.

I just finished cutting my lawn and now kicking back on the front porch . Kellybo is watering the flowers.

I'd get more satisfaction out of my lawn if it would stay burned up, so I wouldn't have to mow. I hate yard work!

After this winter anything that has to do with mowing would definitely be a happy thread. Of course ask me again in August.

Twice a week is pretty unusual around here. Once a week to 10 days is normal. A couple summers ago it was so dry I'd mow twice a month maybe

We are on a irrigation system from the Yakima and Columbia rivers; an annual fee whether we use it or not.  The more I water, the more I mow.  Once the temps reach into the 100's, the grass growing slows down.  Then I am back mowing once a week.

My yard is a little mound so there is no water retention. Usually water every two weeks

Should be good to go hopefully, they added a note to my shipment. If I see it is going wonky I'll just have them hold it at the facility and pick up there. Probably should have just done that anyways.

Got some trees removed and stumps grinded this week and had no idea it'd leave this big of a mess.

No flower beds or anything at the moment, that's what we were going to use it for. Going to bag as much as possible then just spread the rest out and top dress the yard next weekend. Hopefully grass grows haha

Monday is the first of 7 national fire cert tests I have to take before my fire academy is over in June. I don't get stressed or nervous normally but I hate not having control of things damn type a personality.

Good luck, man. At least you have control of your preparation. Half my evaluation depends on getting 14 year-olds to pass a very difficult state Algebra exam. Talk about not having control!

I'm with you. I'd rather spend 4 hours finishing drywall (which I hate doing) than spend 2 hours mowing.

SCREW that lol... the hands on portion I'm not so worried about the written test I kinda am. I'm not a good test taker and it's a 2 week cram between test not much study time.

I know this has been brought up before, but there better be a special place in hell for people who spit sunflower seed shells on greens. Both courses I played the past two days had shells all over every single green.

I've played all over the country.  Sunflower seeds are everywhere.  What is it about golf and sunflower seeds that people have to spit them on the green.

Just relax. Take as much time as you're given, and focus. Half of test taking is in the approach.
