Guys, I love my ER5. The only mallet I’ve had prior success with was my DFX 2-ball from 2003. All the hype was real, the dispersion is tight and I feel like I can make anything inside 10’.

Here’s my question to you...

I was always an up-stroke putter. Ball was on my left big toe and I would always stroke up and towards the target. The funny thing is my ER5 seems to play best from the base of the arc near the center of my stance. With 2* of effective loft it seems odd that it would work so well but it does.

Putting is as unique as handwriting but have any of you moved your ball like me?

Have had my 2.2 in the bag for a few weeks and I am starting to get used to the putter. I had been looking at putters for a while and this one seems to be checking all the boxes. Initially I was a bit concerned about the 370gr head, but finding that distance control on putts is pretty good. Face control is also great and which I confirm when I practice the gate drill.

I also like that putts hit dead center have a slightly different sound than off center. This helps me with my stroke and Confirms that the groove tech works.

Update on the EVNROLL staying in the bag. 17 rounds tracked since I said I would leave it in the bag. 3 putt % is up about 1.2 points, I just don't have the confidence over the short ones for some reason. I can live with that percentage when factoring in all the other stats. According to Arccos my putting handicap is down over 3 strokes over the last 17 rounds (it was +1.1 prior). These putters just make putts.

Loving the Gravity grip so far on my ER5B...

Bought this on a lark when I was in Naples a few weeks ago never thinking it would replace my ‘traditional’ ER1.2 but it’s really, really nice...

Thinking the perfect hybrid of the 2 HAS to be the ER2.2 so I said what the hell and custom ordered one with a red Gravity grip for good measure.

I know I have a serious illness LOL! I’ll post some pics when it arrives

If you get the gravity grip, get the gray one. The white and red gets dirty in a hurry, especially if you have sweaty hands.

Sorry for the delay on responding. I loved the silver one but couldnt do the sound. I sold it. The moment I had a chance to buy the actual new black one I did. I would recommend ponying up for the new one really.
