I hope that more people are able to get in and try them. I think that will show the premium feel and details that have gone into them. I had a chance to hit them and really like the mallet. It's aluminium and has that feedback I really like. The other cool thing is the customizations in that you can buy the wings in different colors which adds to some creativity that Vice is known for. The other part I like is the 6 different shaft options and grip colors that are just there.  

I am really curious to see how these sell and see if we see more in the wild!

Interesting multi-directional milled face design . I like the plate style weights too. 

I wonder which geographic terrain map they used on the bottom?

I was half expecting a drip design like the balls.

I saw them yesterday from a Vice email I received. I like the colorways, especially the purple mallet, and the higher MOI is always welcome. Hoping that MAYBE they will be in stores so I can give them a roll, but who knows.

I like the look of them and the various color styles. But as has been mentioned, with all the various options out there, $300-$400 is a bit steep for a complete unknown. I hope they bring the costs down at some point, and possibly have a store/fitter where they sell them and we can try them beforehand. But another putter in this price point will be hard for them, outside of their Vice followers.

I would encourage all of you to read the Brand Profile Barbs did on Vice. 

While it may seem like an unknown, they merged with a fitting company HIO (European club champion type deal). HIO founders have actually been making their own clubs for years and have a deep background in making performance clubs, but these are more known in Europe. They also make their own shafts. Helix is the brand. This all to say they didn't just slap together a product. 

Also while going cheaper may make sense, it also can have a negative effect with ppl thinking cheap... Which given the materials and components used they are not.

Lucky for you as Jamie mentioned the colored wings are mix and match as they are the weights of the putter as well. That putter with green instead of Pink is totally doable

I think if they came out with a pre-order price of $299 before going to $349, they'd get a lot more buzz and more eyes on. Coming in between the Wilson/Cleveland price and the Odyssey/Scotty price would be a more perfect point, IMHO.

Yes very interesting .. when the putter is right side up there's that "V" logo in the middle of the face. Haven't read the product description but maybe the grooves are to enhance directional control, something alike to EvnRoll..?

A lower price point (unless the putters are a flop), and a bricks-and-mortar fitting location are highly unlikely.

Really cool options and colours as expected with Vice. With this price point I would definitely want to try the putter out for sure before I dropped that much.

Initial thoughts  are that these scream “Vice” - and that is what you want.  The color options are just above gimmicky as some would say that is all flash and no dash.  The designs in their very angular state speak to a minimalist almost industrial type perspective - also their partnership with the fitter in Europe may be speaking more than we know to building on solid data points rather than “Anser style me too”….

Jamie has a point - too low and perception is it’s just  a gimmick, by offering higher quality at a mid-high price point puts their clubs at the “better value” perception window beside their golf balls….does this mean they will soon be selling the putters at the local WalMart beside their golf balls?  Most likely not, but it reminds us that the market is healthy enough to cause more companies to toss in their takes on club design/manufacture.  Let’s see a face design somewhere between EvenRoll and Pyramid, multicolored wings, alignment lines (one could almost match colors with the Vice ball color of the day), good selection on shafts and grips - yes, Vice may have a winner in the works.

The only other point I would suggest on price is that putters are more expensive now, maybe than ever before. Whether that is a good thing or not. A typcal LAB putter is going to be $600 or so and many if not most are already in the $500 bracket. So coming in around $350 is realistically at mid tier. When you get into the $150 or $200 range they can often be seen as cheaper, even if that is still a good amount. 

I can recall the cheapest putter we had at our store was $149 and it was a Wilsom Harmonized or something like that. A lot of people baulked at the price, but I haven't seen putters get any cheaper and if anything have only seen more people be more willing to drop serious cash on putters in order to improve their games. 

Again I am a lefty and these were RH only, but they feel and roll really nicely. The head is heavier which Vice believes it helps with various aspects that correlates to the HIO data and think once they are in the hands of people they will see some quality results. Especially with the mallet.

Those are some very interesting putters. I really like the brushed aluminum with red and black, once I see them in store I think I’ll test one out see if it can help me no longer be a 3 putt king

I figured this was only a matter of time for Vice - good to see them wade into equipment. While the mallet isn’t really suiting my eye initially, I really like the look of the blade. Can’t wait to (hopefully) try one of these out soon!

They’re interesting that’s for sure. Like many said idk if this is the price point they should be going for. Especially with their balls being a “value” brand. If they were $50 or so cheaper I think they’d be a home run

These look like the Pyramid brand putters. Maybe I am stuck on the look, but I will stick with my Ping.
