Instead of starting a thread just at the end of the season for the cup playoffs why not start one from the get go.

Rules changes and all will create a little learning curve for myself. But the rules that changed seem to make a difference so far whether it's more goals scored or being stricter with certain calls.

Here's hoping the flyers have a good season.

After the Bruins laid a stinker on opening night, they've played pretty well. Having Krug out to start the season isn't ideal, especially for their PP, but I like the fact that this team is looking to the kids to step up, rather than signing has-beens like they used to.

In my  :wilson_staff_small:  carry bag:

That's the same thing the flyers have been doing. It's a process and it takes time but watching the kids mature and learn the big league is cool.

My Sabres look like a real hockey team. Above .500 for the first time since January, 2013.

A long season but this project may finally be coming together.

I am a Maple Leafs fan, my entire family cheered for the Habs and for some reason when I was 5  I decided to go against them all, worked out well for me.

IT has been said every years since 1967 , but only by me for the last 38 years ,  this is the year..

I don't know why, but every time I think hockey, Tim Horton's immediately comes to mind.  When doing business in the Ontario and Toronto area we got hooked on their donuts and coffee. I'm a casual hockey fan, but do enjoy watching games, especially during the playoffs.  The Canadians at our park in Yuma have games on all the time.

I so dislike rebuilding times. The Red Wings are so young right now. They do have some very good players, they are just all very young. Then throw in a horrible coach and you get a poor W-L record. I suspect the coach will be let go very soon. He is horrible.

I like the coach for the flyers but I do not expect him to last a lot longer if the team keeps playing like they are.

Well this place has been quiet. Went to the flyers game tonight that Carter Hart kid is good. Awesome game and the team seems different with Hakstol off of the bench.

Nice to see the Pens string some solid games together. Been such an odd year for them but hopefully they start putting everything together.

I'm pleasantly happy that the Bruins have been staying competitive with all the injuries. Should have Bergeron back this weekend, and Chara and DeBrusk shortly thereafter. I still think they need to make a move for another top 6 player, and the cabinets are stocked enough to trade a promising prospect or two (just not Studnicka!) for a legit player.

Bolts continue to be a top contender. They’ve taken 13 of their last 15 games. And 9-0-1 in their last 10.

Stamkos skated his in his 700th regular season game. (Add 66 playoff games) All in the Blue and Black! He also scored is 366th goal which passes the legend St Louis for second and only 17 back from Lecavalier.
