Budget golf is 100% legitmate.  They've got some great prices.  Other ones to look at include: Globalgolf, RockBottomgolf, golfetail, hurricanegolf, 2ndswing to name a few more.  

Many online stores including global golf and 2nd swing have eBay stores that typically are lower priced than else where and you still have the return policy included.  Just something to think about.

Another yes for legit. I bought a certified pre owned ER5 Evnroll putter that was essentially new. Most likely shop wear with the factory plastic on grip and head. Highly recommend.

Totally Legit. I bought an Adams driver from them before and it must have broken in half during shipping. Gave them a call and they immediately sent out a new driver and told me to keep the broken one which I just re-shafted. Great customer service and prices!

Very legit, they have gotten wayyyyyyy too much of my money over the past 3 years and everything has been as good or better than expected.  Customer service has been good, too.
