Oh, I know!!! I am 100% OK with my current golf schedule, I'd rather spend time with my son when I'm not working seeing as he'll be off to college in another year. The day is definitely coming when I'll have the membership at the course 5 mins away and I can hang out there whenever I want to practice or play, but it'll mean the kids are all gone and I'm sure I'll miss them terribly. 

Until they come home to visit, and I can't wait for them to leave again

Good Morning everyone!!  We lost power yesterday around 5pm for an hour.  It was 89º.  It was only off on our street.  We walked around the neighborhood and could hear A/C units and see irrigation sprinklers running; just not in our immediate area.  Got an alert that there was a fire someplace and the power would be restored by 9pm.  It actually came on about 6:30.  Fortunately we had already had dinner and still plenty light enough to hit balls in my hitting bay with the light from the window and outside door open.

Got a leaky faucet on my irrigation water so headed to HD for some new fittings.  I like having my own house, but a condo is looking better every year!!

Same for me. Knowledge of wedges is probably my most limited.  I understand what all those things are, but how they apply to me is still a mystery.   That said, when hitting the difference bounces and grinds side by side you can see/feel a difference but wedge play is a weakness of mine and I have tried what was recommended….still didn’t significantly improve my wedge game…..oh well.

Its been an eerie few days around here hasn't it? Apocalyptic. Hopefully some good weather coming this weekend!

Uneventful morning so far for me. Can tell my head has been in a fog. Let my daughter sleep in and brought her to my MIL, came to work and went to a meeting that isn't today but tomorrow.....is it time to go home yet?

I feel like I’m above average with my wedges but I don’t really get the different grinds and how they work with bounce. I’ve read about the grinds many times but I guess I have to actually use the different styles to really know what they do.

GM & Happy Tuesday.  Lasts posting had to make coffee & get going as we had a 7:00am tee time with a 14 mile cart ride each way.  Golf was OK Driver wasn’t happy and irons were siding with the Driver.  Don’t know why probably don’t like to travel that far.  Playing closer Friday so maybe they’ll like it better.   
Anyway beautiful day in FL but we need rain.

Having trouble with our irrigation system but with the control box.  My older Hunter died and replaced it with newer model with power steering & windows!  Some extra features with the Solar Link driving me crazy getting the correct amount of water to the zones.  It self corrects and add & subtracts % it feels is needed.  We’re going to have a man to man discussion soon

G'Morning golf addicts. It's been 45 hours since I swung a club.

Going to Lakewood CC at 2pm. I never score well here. Hoping the theme of mergers carries into my golf game and I can merge all my personalities into 1 who knows how to play golf for all 18 holes. Like Station in B&T B.J.

As long as it's not connected to the internet and can be hacked!!    My old control panel can't even keep the correct time; gains 2 minutes a day which is a problem because if I don't water at my usual schedule, the water pressure drops as other user's systems come on.  Will be replaced soon.  The previous owner of our house is a nice guy and we talk frequently, but he was an idiot when he put in this system.

Top of the pot spies .  I was at the gym this morning and saw the news about the PGA/LIV merger. Unfortunately I haven't had time to see the details as I had to re-program our drip irrigation controller, do some herbicide and pesticide spraying, and help my neighbor move some furniture...who needs to workout . 

The temps here are dropping back under the century mark for a few days.  We played yesterday's round at 1107 and it was 102F when we finished.  This group like later times but fortunately Men's League and my Thur/Sat groups like earlier starts.

About the only thing left on my to do list is a haircut.  I'm debating whether that gets done today or not... I'll wait and see if the mood strikes me .  Have a great day all!

Not connected to the Internet.  Unfortunately I showed SWMBO how to use the unit and occasionally she makes an adjustment and doesn’t let me know.  I think this may have been a time when she did and forgot to let me know.  The Solar Sync dropped for some reason to 60% and that can be a problem in a drought.

Good morning everyone! It's a cool 60 degrees outside this morning in SE Tennessee and I'm sitting in the car drinking coffee. 

It's been a slow week off work so far. We're changing over to the new version of the Atlas and model changes take a little time to smooth out. It's been nice in some respects because after a week off, it takes my body a minute to get back into the swing of standing on concrete in steel toes.

I spent some time yesterday evening helping my wife set up her office upstairs. We had to take her computer to get worked on over a week ago and she finally got it back yesterday. We moved a new desk upstairs and I had to hang a light for her. For some reason, they put a light in the upstairs bedroom that can be barely called a light.

I hope all of you have a happy hump day!

GM & Happy Wednesday!  No golf today Doctor visit.  It’s my year checkup for my total knee replacement last June.  It’s a 1/2 day trip so we’ll tie in lunch somewhere.

Good morning fellow spies! Still feeling great about my performance in two man league last night, and going to try and brave taking both boys out on the course solo this morning as I am home from work with my mom still feeling under the weather. This will depend on when my oldest wakes up as it’s his first day of summer so I am letting him sleep in. If we can tee off around 8am, it looks slow enough that we could build a nice cushion behind us. Any later and the morning is pretty busy and I think it would end up being stressful.
