Really poor ball striking round, with only a couple of exceptions. Kept hitting ugly heel cuts off the tee that didn’t get me into trouble but left me with a lot of long approaches. Putting was a bit off, had a case of the pulls. A really heavy burst of rain made things a little unpleasant

Still can't figure outlay driver. My long drive was with my 4 wood. I did have a one drive over 300 but it wasn't in the fairway so I don't count those. 

Chipping was an issue and I hit a few shots that were just BAD. It was a terrible round for me but the course was in really good shape. it was a beautiful day and I Was with one of my really good friends, so it was a great day. 

Playing Tuesday at Pumpkin Ridge, Hope I can get to the range as I think I figured out what I'm doing wrong with my driver. I need to figure out how to fix it now.

That course is in prime shape now. I hope to play out their twice after memorial day

Greens are rolling quick but fair. #7 has a some patch work on the left side and it looks like one of their mowers might be leaking. Other than that really good shape. It is a very pretty course.

What time did you get out? My sunrise rounds are great. On the nine I get a nice silhouette of hood.

Ever have that magical round where everything goes your way? Today was that day! Chipped in twice, one for Eagle. Other than 2 bogeys, today was a great day. Finally have these Callaway Paradym irons dialed in! Long and pin seeking shots today!! We won the skins and all side bets. This is the kind of day that keeps us all coming back!!!

TOUGH round today, really struggled off the tee and missed every fairway but 2. It was also super wet on the course which didn’t help. I played a few holes well but it’s tough enough to go low without it being wet and playing from the trees… better luck tomorrow!

I didn’t track all the stats in the tournament, but a 78 that included a triple bogey and a double bogey and a bogey and the rest pars. My teammate made an 11 on a par 5 that fortunately I pared.  He made a par on my triple, but we both doubled the same hole. It was sunny and almost 90° most of the week and calm. This morning it was 58°, warming to 70’s with a 25mph north wind. Mid 70’s tomorrow with less wind. 
 

Don’t know if we can win our flight but we are still in the tournament. I just have to play better.

1st round with my new gamers and the round went well.  My right to left ball flight is back and I am so glad for that.  Very heavy coastal fog this morning left most of my putts a few rotations short of falling but NO 3 PUTTS .  Recalculating my yardages is going to be a work in progress, but I will enjoy having to play more golf to get that sorted out.  1 gross birdie today on the 580 yard par 5.  Driver, 3-wood, and a pitch with my 57 degree.  18 foot putt for the 4.

A rare Sunday round for me. Drove it ok but again really struggled with my irons. My best 2 shots of the round were 70 and 50 yard pitches into greens after appalling tee shots. Both were within 2 feet.

My groups handicap aggregate was 8 (3 of us) with me playing of 7. Both the other guys can seriously play and a few drives were 330+ yards.

First post, I just discovered the virtual tour. What a great idea!

This was a qualifier for a MGA tournament; needless to say I did not qualify. I might have if I made some putts, I had good looks at par on 14/18 holes. But these were the fastest greens I've ever played; 3 and sometimes 4 putts abounded.

Would have liked to have posted my score from yesterday but the couples group we play with unanimously voted to play a scramble. It was another hot humid day in Florida and we were teeing off at 11:40. The portable fan I bought for our golf cart came in handy!

Rough two nines. Fun but rough. Had a mental breakdown prior. Hopefully on upswing going into Saturday tournament. Scores can only get better from here right? I likely will be assigned a closer tee for tournament and afterwards I’ll stop playing the back tees. Need to start to learn how to score.
