Royal New Kent is a BEAST Played that course few times and even though by hole 2 I was asking myself why I was there, kept comming back

If you can use data/have a data plan on your phone, you could stream your range session and share us with your friends.

I'm possibly going to be on a golf course this afternoon (I know crazy thing to say in Western NY in early February right?) and like last summer plan to join in with views of my round listening into the conversation.

Jason, as long as I am on the course, nobody has to worry about how good they appear to everyone else playing.  It is why I want to find the most attractive woman golfer for a playing partner so everyone will be watching her and pay no attention to what I am doing with my golf game 

No I don't use an eraser  because score cards are evidence and the Boy Scouts taught me to leave no trace so

Awesome!! I am a member here at Viniterra so I will gladly join you all if I am still living here in Richmond come June. Fun course with a lot of hard work being put into it. Let me know

I thought about doing that yesterday, then I got to the course and realized that I would be setting my phone up on the cart path heading to the 10th tee. Of course now that I think about it, they had the back closed due to tree removal. Doh!

Maybe my gaffe was good since the conversation turned to calves and mine are more like chicken legs.

I understand where you're coming from, Derek. That's why I always enjoy when my wife comes along with me, she doesn't play but does sit there looking pretty. 

I think as far as the playing goes, this is a great group and I know from being on here for a long time there's going to be a lot of great conversations and encouragement from the group.

You'll quickly find that some of the better golfers are the most encouraging and supportive to the "aspiring" ones (or so I've heard from .. a friend ..)!

So I guess the logical conclusion from that is... The worse one plays then the better the camaraderie!

My clock is set to Eastern Standard Time (EST) or on the military clock Romeo in relation to Alpha for Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  I'm putting it on my The Good Morning Thread posts daily

The end goal (may take a few years) is to have roughly 4 outings planned per season located all around the US. Long term I would love to have a Europe one closer to me, but we need a few more euro members first!

Just found out that I will not be able to make it this year due to work scheduling and coworkers vacations, Which really sucks! I would love to join and meet some of MGS members and Staff

Take a lot of photos and Play well, it's a beautiful course!

I also have a friend here who knows the owner of a restaurant named "Shorty's" in Williamsburg, but they haven't been there or could provide any details about it.

Maybe someone from that area may chime in with some remarks about it, if they visited it?
