I don't know what the conditions will be like in May, but those areas off the green are very thick and full of sticker bushes.  If you venture off the fairways to try and find your ball you will probably find a few.  Having a supply of balls would probably be a good idea.

I play on Bermuda on occasion and I appreciate you posting the video here simply because i struggle on it sometimes around the green. My last round I probably lost 4 strokes due to bad chipping.

It's a good thing I'm flying in on Thursday and going immediately to the tee box at RNK so I can REALLY feel prepared for this Round of Death...

I'm feeling you on that Sam. It looks like it's going to be an interesting, intimidating course. That tee shot on 4 is scary even though I know there's a wide fairway out there.

@sirchunksalot and I will be getting out of the car after a 4-1/2 hour drive on Thursday. At least you have a flight attendant to serve you and a bathroom that travels with you and you can take a nap. Use your imagination, I’m playing a mini violin for you right now.

 I'm the one who's flying in on the redeye Wednesday night into Thursday, with a layover in Philly.  And I don't sleep on planes (not by choice, mind you - my body just decides to boycott the sleep option when flying in a tin can hurtling through space), so I'm bound to be VERY fresh.  I'll be sure to cart with you so you can get a good whiff

They're not really flushable but you can use them all over to, you know, freshen up a little

If you can continue to post this once a week it would be ideal haha 

I think I will need a consistent reminder and honest couldn't say whether or not I have before. It isn't something I have paid much attention to before.

Martha and I are driving for 3+ days.  Not playing RNK but will look forward to spending time in the practice area.

Crabgrass and Bermuda are completely different.  different feel, different texture.  Bermuda  is typically good and crabgrass is bad

Man this looks like so much fun. I had a couple of things shift around the dates, but still committed to be somewhere else Saturday that just won't seem to go away!  Hope y'all have fun. I had the realization today that this is really not that far off. I have 7 weeks left till my work is over for the season (I get May off) then we go to Disneyland in Paris with the kids, then my family comes and then off to the outing! Going to go by so fast!

 I have 7 weeks left until my work is over for however long I want it to be! (I retire April 30, 2024)

A total of 56 years of income recorded on my Social Security statement, means it is time to call it good!  

All of it spent in the automotive field here in the Motor City area.

Then everyday above freezing with no snow on the ground becomes a potential golf day.
