I ran across this last night while I was checking out other YT vids and caught the premier.

Titleist does do a good job with these types of videos. Their multi-vid chasing speed series was very well done too.

Yeah, I think that was the inaugural one, really enjoyed seeing the evolution from TS to TSi To TSR...really has me anxious to see what's coming this summer!

I think I wake up every day hoping that somehow, someway, they are releasing something to tease the new driver

Since you mentioned the summer release a few days ago, I have been waiting for some sneak peek to get dropped thru Team Titleist but not even a whisper.

Really want to see what is coming...

I'll save you time.  You won't see a peep about it until the day it hits the tour seeding, which is likely to be one of the tour events in the middle to end of May.  My guesses are either the Charles Schwab or The Canadian Open.   Very slight chance of either the PGA or Quali Hollow, but either of those would be the earliest they have ever done it.   So my guess is the Schwab, since it's easier for everyone to get to.   But again, just a meaningless guess by me, no inside info at all.

That was outstanding.  I can say without reservation that they nailed the feel in the 2023 T100's.

I made my Fiance watch it tonight. She hears me talk about Titleist all the time snd shw has been with me to the PGA Show and has met some of the peiple.  So she was interested.   She said she was amazed at the part where the club “smushed” the ball.  LOL.   I tried to tell her it was called compression without mansplaining.  Ha.  I also told her it was a feeling im not familar with

But she agreed it was a very done program.

Thanks for sharing this. In addition to being a well done video it touches on a topic that has fascinated me for some time. Golfers talk about feel all the time. But how does one quantify it?

These engineers are busting their humps to do that.

Plus the one guys back yard looks like mine.

Yeah Marni Ines the head of iron R&D.   I would have expected him to have a nicely landscaped tour level hitting area back there.  

But he has that at work, so he probably doesn't need it. Ha

It also speaks to the current cost of living, I think. Not nearly as much disposable income.

I really love what Titleist does in these, was a big fan of the TSr 4 part series as well. So informative and tickles such a fun part of a die hard golfer when watching

I watched this last night! Very cool video on a difficult engineering aspect of club making! Feel is so difficult to quantify, but you know it when you’ve felt it!

I mean, at least your significant other supports your habit!  That's a HUGE plus. LOL

My favorite part of the whole thing was them talking about acoustics.  Totally geeking out on the frequency matching etc to ensure that all clubs essentially tried to feel and sound the same.  I'd say from personal experience from the blades through the 150's that's absolutely accurate.  The 200 and 350 it's close but... Regardless, it's Titleist and I'm here for all things with the T on them! LOL

I say that when I have a driver that isn't a Titleist and a putter flip in and out with one not being a Cameron.  But hey, no OEM can be perfect all the time!  At least I try to tell myself that.

I’m really thinking about going back to Titleist. I’m definitely getting the TSR4 when the club has my setup. I may have to order it but I want to support my local shop. (WARNING: Old gif but good one)

They’ll let me try before I buy. My old set of DCI 990s were my most favorite set of clubs. Nostalgia? Maybe, but I played a ton of golf with them. The spousal unit gave permission to a fitting with Titleist so just need to schedule. Time will tell, but I’m curious.

I’m making the switch too, went from Cleveland RTX wedges to Vokey SM8 to start. They aren’t only beautiful to look at, but their feel is so consistent. Popped a TSr3 5 wood in my bag also. It performs so well, coupled with an AD DI, that I sold my 3 wood… I was shocked at how nice it was! I don’t think I’ll grab a TSr driver as my Paradym TD is just too good. Very intrigued by the T100/100s/T150 but will probably go with SM10 first. Titleist is on to something

The DI Shafts just seem to do so well in the TSRs.  I have  DI 5 in my TSR2 and it was a big improvment over the stock HZRDUS.   Last week I just got a GP VR 5 in with the All Fit System, I didn't originally order a Titleist collar for it but after seeing how well it worked in my G430 MAX 10K, I think I'm going to order a Titleist and TM collar for it.
