Nice sheet pan meal. Butter and Lemon Roasted salmon, roasted Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli and zucchini with blood orange. So good and easy cleanup

I wish I would have taken pictures now.  Thank Goodness the weather broke enough in NE Ohio, I fired up the Blackstone, cooked a heap of veggies along with some chicken on it last night, with a good helping of Cajun Seasoning on all of it.  I'm glad the nice weather is coming finally.

Your menu won't be complete w/o Fixes Fried Baloney;

3-4 slices of baloney with 3 slits fried with just a hint of char, topped with sliced, cooked onions and shredded pepperoncini, served on Wonder bread prepped with mustard.

Dagwoods, Hoagies, Subs, grilled and cold, I love me a great sandwich.

Not technically a keto meal so I thought I'd post it over here. Dry brined try tip steak with a fresh chimichuri sauce and parmesan roasted Brussel sprouts with shallots.

Grill the onion, remove tomato, one more layer of meat.

This is going to be the signature sandwich.  It has Ham, Turkey, Pepperoni, Peppered Salami, Chicken, it is supposed to have European bacon but I forgot to get it.  
 

I’ll have to try grilled onions, it’s a cold sandwich with a 9” sourdough.  Might help stack the flavors.
