Morning everyone,

Got a house full for a couple days. My son’s friends came for the weekend for Ryan’s birthday. The weather is iffy here so they are all heading down to Myrtle Beach for the day. So hopefully the weather clears up here so I can go get some golf in before they return. But tomorrow they are all going golfing. I’ll probably be on the course before they even roll out of bed.

Good morning Spies 

I've not posted in the morning thread for a while.  Life has thrown too many of It's challenges for far to long that make us resilient.  Hopefully, the last ones were this past Sunday and Monday.  I've read some of the posts.

So, now back to a new normal, you're going to hopefully hear much much more from me.  That was your warning, LOL!

It's warmed up to the mid 50s and supposed to add another 10 to that with rain this afternoon. No golf on the menu for today.  Hoping to talk my hubby into dinner out. I'm hungry for a beef on weck and we have one of the best places for it over the hill in Olean.  I hope all you Spies have a tremendous day.  If you golf I hope had a terrific round.

Hello there friends, good morning and happy Saturday, it is finally the weekend.
Japanese grand prix is in full swing, the qualifying was great with Max back at top, but those two McLarens are looking fast.
Even with a late night to watch the qualifying, we are up and about having breakfast.
Soon back home and a nap.
I hope everyone have a great day.
 

I won’t be staying up late to watch the Japan GP but I will catch the recording in the morning. Really hoping to see another top of the grid fight! I think the McLarens and the Mercedes will do good in the corners.

Good morning, spies!

Rain coming down all day here in Virginia. And tomorrow and the next. Shame that. Would love to go out this weekend. Cancelled tee time on Monday. Maybe I'll try it that Golf Galaxy sim until my net gets here.

We are getting some heavy outer bands today.  The storm center looks to be here sometime tonight.  Hoping we dont lose electric, setting up & running the generator overnight is a pain and we need it for the sump pumps.

Not much going on here .. still trying to shake this cold-flu-whatever so been taking it easy this morning .. maybe a little bit of very light exercise and a few minutes of indoor putting this afternoon...

Been a full week now since I've played or practiced!

A few people on here mentioned F1 - wondering if anyone has any plans to head to Vegas in Nov (I think it is)..?

Too much going on this morning to post, but my wife and I did play.  My swing wasn't feeling all that well... has anyone else played when every club felt like it weighed a pound more?  That's what it felt like to me, but scrambled around the course with nothing worse than a bogey.  We are out again early in the morning.

@fixyurdivot Bill, I thought I'd mention that Martha got her 2nd Hole-inOne on #4 today.    I called it in the air!!

Good morning MGS’ers from what is looking like it’ll be a damp tee time this morning for my match play round. Supposed to hopefully only be light rain, but it will rain during some/all of the round based on the radar. 

Still riding the high of winning the IG giveaway for a Scotty putter yesterday and feel like a kid counting down the days till Christmas until it’ll show up. They told me everything would be sent out this coming week and we will be gone Thursday - Saturday midday, so hoping it doesn’t come until Saturday or the following Monday honestly

Good morning everyone!

I woke up a bit earlier than I would have liked, but my morning cup of coffee is helping me rev up for the day. We drove to Chattanooga last night for some Chinese takeout and decided to come home and have a movie night. It was a fun way to spend the evening. 

@Jnoble89, congratulations on winning the Scotty! It'll be fun hearing how it performs compared to your other putters.

@Kenny B, congratulate your wife in the ace, that's awesome!

Good morning and happy Sunday! I have been super busy the post couple of days, so I'm excited to sit around and watch football today. It's been very rainy lately, so a lot of ranges and golf courses are closed. If I'm lucky, I can get out and hit some this week. 

I'm headed to do some grad school and then relax for the day. Let's make it a good one!

SUNDAY, Sunday, sunday…. My spies The original day of rest is now the day of replay and/or finishing whatever went down  on Saturday. 
   The Ancient Agers are once again venturing off into the breech of golf world. We decided to start at O’Dark thirty and see how many holes we can get in before our bodies start with the.. “ Just what in heck do you think you are doing” complaints and warnings. 
    My friends enjoy your day in whatever you do. If you are with someone who mentions that tomorrow is Monday,  feel free to be like me and give them a severe verbal reprimand and laser like stare…. Unless that is, you are somehow with my wife and she is the one reminding everybody about tomorrow being Monday… In that scenario I would recommend a very feeble “Yeah, thanks”  and then make a RUN for it.

Rainy Sunday here in CNY. Golf yesterday was a lot of fun and perfect weather. I have a baptism to attend today and other than that just house chores and football.

Good morning everyone. Getting ready for my first official VGA event today. I’m excited to finally get to play some genuine competitive golf again. It’s been too long. Have to admit however that I’m a bit nervous having to actually putt those 2 footers, lol. Been a long summer of picking up inside 3 feet. Guess that means I better just one putt every green today . Hope everyone has a great day ahead!

Good morning Spies from a rainy SW Missouri. Hitting the road shortly, hoping to get to the Fort Wayne, IN area before stopping for the night.

Below is a picture of the cabin we stayed in, and the Chevy Silverado I drove during this trip which has prototype test parts in the drivetrain assemblies. 

Hope that whatever is in your plans, your day is the best it can be, and if golfing, may the scores be low, and the enjoyment factor high.

Forgot to mention, this is my 1,000 post here!

Congrats on the milestone! Just passed that one recently myself, although I realized it a couple posts after the fact.

Top of the pot spies . Finishing up a second cup and trying to shake off the loss last night to Buckeye Nation . That one goes into the classics archive; one hellava game!  It's also great that it was not decided on a last minute  penalty call.  As a OSU fan as well, it's a little easier pill to swallow, but still stings.  Nothing planned for today but, since our house painter called and asked if we could start tomorrow, I may slip out and get a round in today as I cancelled my play tomorrow (want to be here while the job is being done).  Have a great day everyone!
