Overall not a terrible round but I had 3 triple bogeys in a row and another 3 double bogeys, hard to score with that stuff going on. It was an absolute beautiful day out though for golf. I was sad to leave and come to work I could've stayed there all day.

This is the first time I have played Cimarron since the weather has gotten hot. The fairways are in great shape and the greens are rolling true. The weather was good with a little wind. I had some bad holes but overall played well off the tee. Just missed some chips today.

Started double-double. +3 net. Par'd 5 in a row. Now E net. Then double-double-double on 8 9 10. +4 net.  

I comment at that point I have a bogey round going without a bogey.

Finish par-bogey-par-bogey like that the final 8 holes, which is E net over that span.

44-41 with 33 putts, no penalties. 8/14 fw 5/18 gir. Scrambled and lag putted exceptionally. 3x 3 putt were at least from 20' + though I despise them no less. Hit 2x 3w from the FW that were longer than my long drive.

Played st albans a country course in Alexandria ohio walking 18. Overall I think this round went well considering I was traveling and had never played this course before. I played from their back tees which wernt too long a little over 6500 yards. Driving and some of my wedge play were strengths but putting and hitting more gir is a must for me to improve

Today was a day that best can be described as "directionally correct."  I started hitting the Paradym X irons better and chipped much better (four up and downs).  But alas, too many putts on the edge prevented me from scoring better.  I had my first three putt hole in a couple of weeks and it was due to not paying attention to the green's slope.  It wasn't my best driving day (only 50% of the fairways).  However, with the exception of one or two, my misses were only less than two feet in the rough.  

The thing I was happy with is my iron shots.  I'm finalizing my MGS review of the Paradym X irons (will be posted this weekend so watch for it).  Until today, I had mixed results.  Some was getting used to forged versus cast heads, the stronger lofts of the Paradym X's and the tendency to pull the ball.  Today, I hit the Paradym X's better than I've had in the past.  I hope that it's not an accident and that I can keep it up.

I play up in the mountains, so the ball does go longer here. And it was pretty windy behind me on that hole, I hit a good one down the middle that ran out quite a bit. But thank you, I work hard every day at this game and hope to be able to push that number even longer as I get bigger and stronger.

My long drive was 244, but I almost feel like I should instead list the pure 5W I hit downwind that rolled off the back at 262!

My chipping game has not been even average for me. That cost me a few strokes that would have made my score more indicative of how I played. It was my best ball striking of the year.

Only played 9. Slow slow round and that is why 9 was all I had. Birdie on the first hole was a great way to start. A good few holes after, but new putter in and just had a bit of a time getting use to it. 

No lost balls off the tee and also no fairways hit... all in the first cut and or through the fairway. 

Fun 9 holes and good range session afterwards!

First real competitive round with the Paradym irons. Ball striking was excellent today. Putting was the serious issue! However, playing competitive golf makes me strike it with more adrenaline at times. I flew three par 5’s in 2 and could not get it up and down. I also flew two par 3’s and two par 4’s. Every shot was hit on the button. When I believed the distance to club ratio things were fine. For example number 10 AW from 120 to 4 feet for birdie. Number 14 hit 9 iron from 145 to 2 feet for closest to the pin and birdie. Looking forward to redemption tomorrow!

Played Desert Springs with the Men's group today and shot 81. I had two double bogeys and missed three brides putts. Overall play well and had fun.

Back after 3 rain outs last week. Rollercoaster round. I had just 4 pars and three of those were stroke holes. Par 3’s kicked my butt today +5 with a triple bogey, and I also didn’t play the par 5’s that great, +4 with a birdie. However, 6, 7, and 12 are stroke holes for me, and I had 3 birdies net eagles.

The course is tournament ready with the biggest tournament of the year this weekend. Greens were cut and rolled today. They will be rolling them the rest of the week. I putted well, although misread the first two and last two greens. Just 26 putts so I shouldn’t be too upset.
