I use the Smoke Yellow which is counterbalance. I haven’t tried the blue yet. Apparently it replaced the yellow

Second round for me in the last 3 days, this course had wet areas, not as bad as Friday course though, although we have had a couple days to dry out too.

Played the back 9 first due to the course being backed-up and behind schedule when I first arrived, and then played the front 9 after most of the crowd for the day had finished.

Had a 39 on the back, with 6 of 7 fairways, but only 4 of 9 GIR. Scrambled to save par, and short game really saved me, a lot of chips within 4 feet or less.

Had a 40 on the front, again 7 of 7 fairways, and 6 of 9 greens. Did have a penalty where I hit a massive puddle in the fairway, and it was too large to try and retrieve the ball from.

It was a perfect day weather wise, mid 70's and a light steady breeze at the start, cooling to mid 60's by the time we finished.

Pretty good round today!  Best I've had in a month.  Could have been better if I'd been putting as well as I have been recently, but came in 6 over my previous 10 round average.  Pretty poor showing.

Interestingly, I have shot better a few times on this course in the last few years, but only one of them has counted towards my Index.  This one will replace one of my other higher scores and may actually let me drop down a few tenths.  Still waiting for this to be regular.  Probably will trend like last season and start hitting sub 110 towards the end.  

HOWEVER, my general swing is getting so much better and am hitting the center of the club face much more regularly.  My wrists still don't know what the heck to do, but I give it a month or so and that will get figured out.  

Current round is the score below the last on the screen shot, ICYWW.  The first 118 was from '22.

First Round in about 7 weeks and I felt rusty.  Front 9 was much better, I think I was getting tired on the back.  Could not hit a drive straight for much of the round so a lot of scrambling.  Continuing to work, let's see how next week goes.

I may have a Ventus black available in the future depending on my shaft tinkering. I can hit bombs but timing can’t get off. Trying a rogue white soon and if it works out I’ll be offloading my Ventus.

Yes. Velocore 6x. I tipped but plays 44.5”. It’s amazing when my swing is on and I’m loose. Otherwise I have been fighting it. Need to test the rogue first to see if I even like it but the possibility is there

Really good round of golf, had 1 big mistake that cost me because I tried to really bomb a drive. But I hit a lot of fairways and greens. I have a tournament at this course on Monday, so this was my last warm up round. It is gonna be good!

Length is close, I do choke my Paradym down a touch from its 45.5 but I'll see. Let me know what you decide and we'll see if we can work something out
