Good morning Spies, saw the temperature here plummet south, at least for the next couple mornings.

Possible freeze warnings for tonight? 

Hoping that the Cobra testers get the rest of their equipment today and look forward to seeing some pictures later this evening.

Morning all. Mid 50s this morning in Iowa with highs the mid 70s and sunshine this afternoon. Should be an easy day to get in 9 holes after work.

Have a 7:44am Tee Time for hopefully 18.  Thunderstorms forecast this morning and I don’t do lightning.  
Trying to continue decent play this week with birdies in both 9’s this week.  Been a long drought, putting much improved.

Good morning MGSpies on a rather chilly WNY Wednesday, coffee is brewing  and deciding what to do with my only "real day off" this week with so much going on.  This time tomorrow will be carrying a standard at Oak Hill so will be a shorter day for early bedtime and on the road by 3:30am for the first volunteer shift at the Championship.  Got an email yesterday that PGA HOPE program graduate volunteers should stop by the Volunteer HQ to pick up a hat they have for us, PGA HOPE Ambassador friend Scott sent photos of the hat last night and said of the 3,500 volunteers there is only 8 of us on a roster who can wear them.

Good morning all! Sun is shining and it’s looking like it’ll be another beautiful day here in Wisconsin. First night of league was a bit of a tough go as ball striking was pretty poor and I was pushing/fading most of my shots. Swing just never felt comfortable and I was missing high toe a lot, which has been my typical miss the last season or so. Hoping to get on the range later this week or over the weekend to work on some drills and get back to better ball striking. Definitely was not maintaining posture and early extending instead of rotating my hips on the downswing. Fixable, just need to get on the range. Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning all! I am lucky. Here in Montréal, rain yesterday and in the low 30 today, the two days I have to work! Lucky me! Maybe a range session at the end of the day and back to the course tomorrow!

Good morning, Spies!

It's a gorgeous day in Central Indiana -- sunny and perfect spring weather with a high of 73 predicted.

I am going to try to sneak out to the range, but likely no golf for me today.  I'm jonesing b/c I have not played (other than range time) in over 8 days now.  It's a springtime travesty!  And with non-golfing out-of-town guests coming in this weekend, I may not play for a good while.

Other than that, an annual physical this morning, then lots of work to do.

Please go play and share your rounds with us here so those in my (minor) predicament can live vicariously through you!

Good morning everyone! It's a nice morning here in TN and it looks like the storms that were predicted in the area passed us by. We got a severe storm warning around 5 yesterday that mentioned the possibility of high winds and large hail. Fortunately, it didn't hit us and I haven't checked to see if it got any of the surrounding area. I spent a lot of time yesterday thinking about busted windows and dents in all our cars. 

Today should be delivery day for some Cobra clubs, so stay tuned for some photos from the unboxing. I'm really excited about seeing them arrive. I was hoping to get them out tomorrow but right now it's looking like rain is in the forecast so we might be looking at Friday.

The PGA HOPE Secretary's Cup was draining, was recharging somewhat yesterday catching up my Red Rooster Sussex glove review after my laptop died on Friday afternoon with no time to recover getting ready for the national tournament, then an early Saturday start to get to Oak Hill CC early to meet fellow Veteran also attending the 10am Standard Bearers Committee meeting and a PGA Career Exploration Day 4 hour event with tours and talks around the infrastructure for the Championship, before meeting son for an hour recovery and off to the DoubleTree hotel for a couple hour meet and greet with PGA HOPE teams coming in from all over the country...  

Just a part of the first day of the weekend and now today have a moment to catch the breath and be prepared for tomorrow and Friday at Oak Hill then Saturday and Sunday is all about being runner support to son who is running the Cleveland Marathon.  Can't make this stuff up, huge respect to people who do this as a regular speed of life because I know I need my recovery time built into the schedule.

Good morning everyone, got out for 12 holes yesterday afternoon and it was a lovely time was a bit windy but the course was empty and was able to work on some things such as partial wedges. Today is a busy work day, but hopefully some clubs showing up tomorrow but more likely Friday. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday

GM Y'all!!!!!! HAPPY day!!!! It's supposed to be in the upper 70s today- I can predict the future(kinda) and I see a range session in my future today to try and fix the abomination of a swing that I had over the weekend. I hope that those goin out to have nothin but F&Gs, hit 'em long, straight (unless, of course you're actually trying to shape it). Us worker bees got this!!!!!!!! As the OLD song by Ruby and the Romantics goes- Our day will come!!!!!

It's going to be a terrific day here.  The sun is out with a beautiful blue sky.  It's warmed up to 44° so my lesson won't be freezing!  Then I have league play tonight.  Hopefully my lesson gets my driver back to actually driving the ball a decent distance.

Good morning all! It's a great day for golf today in Oklahoma after a few wet and muggy days. My swing, after 6 months of reworking it with a trusted coach (and former tour pro), is finally feeling fluid and showing some great results. Threw out a 82 yesterday and will be out at the club this afternoon looking to replicate and improve. Loving how the swing feels going into our member/guest in a few weeks!

Here is my best shot from my last round. Par 3, 168 yards with an 8 iron to about 4 feet!

Just make sure you take the plastic or tarp off first thing in the morning, so they don't get baked. Keep them protected near the foundation of the house south side. Also a farmer once told me if there is some frost on the plants sprinkle them with water before the sun hits them.

I'm pretty late today guys, but good afternoon to everyone and I hope it's been a great day so far! Had a long day yesterday and got the opportunity to sleep in and be lazy for a bit so I took full advantage of it. Hoping the course dries out a bit so I can get some golf in, it rained like crazy last night.
