I do too, it's generally threatening the west side of Kelowna area nearest the lake. One could argue it's the least populated space but only several hundred meters separate this from the downtown core and a few spots like Wilden, Knox Mountain, and Dilworth Mountain if those ring a bell. There are about 250,000 people in West Kelowna/Kelowna/Lake Country and hopefully the evacuation order stays at 2000 currently. Lots of thoughts and prayers for all there

It's been a good day. My wife and I got the grocery shopping done and took the car through the car wash. I love taking her with me when I go through it, she's like a kid at the carnival with all the lights and brushes as we go through.

I've had my best day with the ankle, it's not perfect but I'm hoping by next weekend I might be able to get out and do a little chipping. 

@rkj427, I forgot to mention that I enjoyed the photos of the car show as always. I guess living up near the Motor City you get to see some beautiful automobiles. It always makes me wish I still had my grandmother's 68 Dodge Dart. It wasn't anything special, but I have a lot of memories of that car traveling with her. Nanny was a great lady and really had an influence on the person I am today.

Good morning MGSpies would have been right several hours ago so good evening as it is also past afternoon here in EST land.  WNY had a good weather day and first half spent with a run to Rochester and son's RIT apartment taking a few things to him now his roommates are moving back in and his internship has officially ended.  Took him for brunch at a delightful spot Spies in Rochester area will recognize, Sonny's on W. Henrietta Rd and then spent a while sealing the fittings for the luggage rack on the boot of the MG Midget to stop water ingress whenever it rains.  This afternoon back at the homestead was on lawn mower duty turning front and back into Luis XIV quality lawns (you know that's why we have them right?)  No golf today but there will be tomorrow!  Hope golf was a part of your day

It's an early start to the work day, they love those on Monday. The good thing is, it's a pretty nice morning and my coffee is delicious.

I enjoyed the time off I had over the weekend spending time with the family.

Good morning Spies on a back to work Monday for me.

Weather here looking to be overcast for a few days, rain in the middle of the week, then a scorcher on Thursday with temperatures in mid 90's with humidity.

I will be in to the work facility all week, hoping to get a work from home 1/2 day on Friday to get a round in that afternoon.

Hope your day is the best it possibly can be, and if golf is in your plans may you hit them straight, and not too often.

Good morning & Happy Monday!!  We had a welcome thunderstorm yesterday, not much but anything helps.  
We have a 7:00 Tee Time this morning on a track on not crazy about but that’s the way it goes.  It’s actually 8 holes one hole is closed due to sinkhole that hasn’t been fixed yet.  
Still need to continue yard work, Chinese Fringe Trees have gotten out of control.  Did a lot on the shrubs along the Lanai yesterday, rain &s um made everything grow like crazy.

Good Monday morning everyone. Had a nice weekend with family and friends over on Saturday for just a relaxing day spent outside and with some great conversation. Then yesterday was an active day taking the kids on a short hike, biking to our sons school for the playground, and then a quick trip to the store. Last night though had other ideas about great sleep after a long day. Bolted awake around 1 as my son bumped his head while sleeping though I swore it sounded like he feel out of the top bunk. Then at 3 a smoke alarm in our room decided that it need to sounds off once, then twice a few minutes later, and finally three times before we pulled it down for the night as there was very clearly no fire. So this morning I am a bit tired and slept in a bit. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!

Only thing on the schedule today .. isn't retirement great??!! .. is one more PT session for the shoulder; generally feeling better but might as well get the professional lookover.

Next thing to worry about is the hip that woke me during the night with a sudden sharp pain... ..sucks when old parts wear out. Maybe in the future people can go into the .. hahaha .. body shop to get fixed up!!

while we patiently await the arrival of the new irons, I’ve decided to focus practice on driving and more importantly, puttting. Time to get that strokes gained putting number in the positives.

Good morning everyone, supposed to be a hot one today for the afternoon league play. Playing 18 tomorrow and thankfully the temperature and humidity are supposed to be a lot lower. Spent the weekend in NY with relatives going to winery's and fruit markets, had a great time and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Have a wonderful day everyone.

I could have wrote this piece, left shoulder and right hip and the hip woke me up at 3:30. Retirements great but getting old is not. I feel your pain, hope everything goes well for you.

Good Monday Morning everyone!!  Back from out trip to Oregon; arrived to lots of smoke and very unhealthy air quality index, but that didn't stop us from going out yesterday afternoon for 9 holes after being in the car for 6 hours!  Shot 2 over 39, so nice to be back on familiar grass.  We had breakfast at an 18-hole golf course at a senior 55+ community and watched the men's club gangsome all miss hitting the green on a par 3.  Food was good and this sign is certainly appropriate...

Morning Spies! Back to the office today. Leagues on Wednesday, currently projecting 97 and humid, so that will be fun. I'll be riding if it stays in that range. Walked the last time out when it was that hot and sticky and regretted it about the third hole!

Back to work on this gloomy Monday. CFO is in town for the week so that means I'll be very busy. so much so I already had to get a sub for league night Wednesday. Doesn't he know not to mess with golf night?!?

Hello Jim, 

I do. I use a perfect practice putting mat nightly, to work on stroke and speed. As well as dedicated time while at the range on their practice green. Where i do a version of the clock drill and putts from 5,10,20 that incorporates break. 
 

so far this year I have dropped my putts per 18 from 37 to 31. I would like to get that number sub 30.

Hopefully with the Titleist irons you can take dead aim, hit the approach shots close, and sink the putt.

so got back late and I’m on about 4hrs of sleep.

not totally upset though haha.  Don’t think I’ll make it the whole day however.

Beautiful Central Florida Morning, warm 83 degrees. Going to be warm this afternoon.  Was traveling Friday & Saturday, back home for Sunday Ranger duties. Bit tired this morning, no golf or walking today.  Working from home finishing 2nd cup of coffee!

Good morning, gang. It's going to be a scorcher here this week and I'm not looking forward to it. I have a couple of inbound brown boxes from FedEx, but probably won't be able to get out and play much at all unfortunately.
