@jbern and @GolfSpy MPR - have you used CB putters in the past? is this something you were interested in trying or is there a specific reason you went w/the CB version?

I ordered mine with the Accra in white, as I have the white lines and the white pistol grip, and wanted a seamless look at address.  I currently have the 2.1 with the three-dot alignment (simpler the better was my theory the first time round) with black head/shaft combo, and honestly love it.  This is a bit of a departure for me, but I'm curious to see how it all shakes out.  The only white shaft in the stable that LAB offers is the white Accra, and since I LOVE the feel in my 2.1, it was a natural go-to for me - that being said, I did hem and haw for about 2 minutes thinking about the TPT, but that would've messed with my design flow, lol. 

But I'm with you - I LOVE the simplicity of the three-dot, and my 2.1 will definitely not be going anywhere so that I can compare/contrast between the two, and see if I actually have a preference.  

Also, I just realized this, but THIS alignment ...

...if looked at flipped 90 degrees counter-clockwise, looks an AWFUL lot like someone being abducted from a UFO...which is very fitting, considering this is my current headcover for my DF2.1

I have not used CB putters in the past. My current gamer putter is an armlock that is 39.5" long. I used a standard 34" putter in the fitting video that I sent to LAB for the online fitting. In communication with the LAB fitters, they indicated that I held the standard putter armlock-ish and that led to an abnormally short fitting length (32.5" and I am 5'9"). The fitter recommended the CB option to provide the extra grip above my hands to mock the armlock style and be a more comfortable transition from armlock.

Agreed - I went back and forth with green, but I've always been drawn to the cappuccino color (especially after seeing @GolfSpy_APH's Mezz)!

There are going to be several disappointed readers if we don't see a video of @jbern making a long putt with the DF 3.0 with this song playing as background.  I envision the music kicking in as the putt starts to fall, just like in the GolfSidekick videos on YT.  Bonus points if you can mimic the Lithuanian/South African accent.

@Cfhandyman It's too bad they didn't have an "Espresso" color.  True Espresso drinkers don't settle for "Cappaccino"  .  Enjoy the "Blue", it's a good looking putter!

I went by the PGA Store to check out the DF3 putters and Holly Molly!  They had a blue one with a black Arccos  shaft and white grip. That thing was sweeter looking than Aunt Gertrudes hot buttered corn bread!  It rolled good too

Hold the milk and voila, your espresso is back, preferably with an extra shot or two.  The Cappaccino color is deceptive in that it tends to look much better in person.  All in all, we have selected 6 of the 8 colors offered.  The only ones missing are platinum and pink.  Truth be known, I would have ordered pink, but the way my wife was ogling that choice, I knew from past experience, it would disappear from my bag and magically reappear in her bag, never to return.  I've learned that the hard way, so I just removed the temptation.

I, too, received the happy email today. 

Just got back from playing nine with Kirke. Our course is currently a total swamp.

But I brought the Evnroll Midlock for today's round. Apparently, both the Evnroll and the Edel have heard the news, because my putting the last two rounds has been very solid (3.8 strokes better than the previous two rounds), with no 3-putts.

I was fortunate enough to catch my ups driver when my putter arrived.  I had to ask him if it was OK after I recorded to use the footage though

I too have received the exciting news that my blue LAB Rat is on the way.  Yipee and show me the way little buddy.

But the dilemma here, is that its showing I get it this Thursday and poor @CFreddie is scheduled to get his next Tuesday in Atlanta and I live in Canada.  The only thing I can think of is mine got on the FedEx plane from Oregon to Toronto, whereas Chris' is going by truck.  To receive this within a week from order is to me shocking, but simply outstanding.   Mind you it still has to go through Canada customs, but this is where FedEx is usually very good.   So who gets their putter first?  Will it be @GolfSpy SAM who lives the closest, will it be the Michigan boys of @jbern or @GolfSpy MPR up in the U.P. (upper peninsula).  Or will it the other northern boys of @MattWillGolf in NY or @Steve F in Maryland?  Will the southern boy @CFreddie grease the skids and fool us all or will it be the TXG guy @Cfhandyman, in Canada outfoxing them all.  Who hugs the FedEX driver first?

Warning, we will have an epic battle on our hands.  I changed the grip on my Evnroll tour back to the Evnroll gravity grip.  The putter already has the BGT stability shaft installed.  Oh my, what a transformational change.  The putter has been on fire ever since.  Arccos data from yesterdays round compared to a 0 handicap.  30 putts, 2 long birdies, 6 one putts, 12 two putts and no three putts.  It was the epic F bomb to moi.  How dare I try and change the putter in my bag.  I'll show you.

Oh this is going to be so much fun.
