Ok it's windy, the course is tough.....but my word are the pros making it look tough out there!

 

So who wants to guess a winning score?

Geez, if conditions continue to be as tough as they were today, -2 might win the tournament.

They said the winning score has been double digits under par, since 1985.

The new greens and the huge wind is making it so hard for them. They say tomorrow will be better weather but we will have to wait and see.

It was 107 balls in water when I stopped watching! Just for the 2nd round! 1.5 balls per player

 

If the wind drops it'll surely be better scoring?

I'm going -6. The wind has dropped. It's 7 am, this came in from my morning walk. It's very placid out there. All that wind, all that water, new immature greens make for a miserable day for the big boys.

 

Glad they redid the course, it needed it. Frankly it had become a joke of a venue for a Top event. To put it in perspective we had wind like that at copperhead a few years ago and 1 under won. In the end it's the wind that causes the issues. Our wind is brutal when it's up because it swirls.

Didn't get much easier did it! Potential to be US PGA course in a few years time?

 

Poor old tiger can't win can he? He pulls out and gets criticised, he plays on and everyone says he's brave but foolish for risking further injury. Bad back....hmmm I think that might be a very tough season for him indeed, no magic cures for that usually.
