Not much of a rant but, how in the world do you central Florida residents take it raining everyday!! Disney world rain, ocean rain, sea world rain, sea world aquatic rain. It's like there's no dry days down here. Spend a boat load of money for a vacation just to watch it rain and storm.

Tis the season. You need to go when most of the aged US population go (when I go) in February or March...dry and 75-85° every day. But then you'll over pay for everything then too.

Tis the season. You need to go when most of the aged US population go (when I go) in February or March...dry and 75-85° every day. But then you'll over pay for everything then too.

 

 

I've been down there a couple times during the periods mentioned.  Temps didn't get above 60 and dropped to low 40's two of the times I was there.  My Mother In Law's boyfriend refuses to go now before April or May.  He went down a few years ago for two months and played a total of 3 times because it was too cold, LOL.

Double Rant - 

 

1 - My wife's hung over today from partying last night like she's 21...but just turned 40, ha ha ha, but like a trooper she went out this morning to golf with a girlfriend of hers.  A few good friend went out to celebrate her birthday since we were in Aruba during her actual birthday.  Bill came to $800+!  Glad I wasn't the only one paying!

I had tickets to take my daughter to see Uli Jon Roth (guitarist for Scorpions in the 1970's) this Thursday night but received an email today saying the show was cancelled due to Visa problems for Uli !!!

 

I've seen him before and he is incredible but my 7 year old loves Scorpions (we had 8th row seats back in October) and is pretty bummed.

Played yesterday.  Temp was around 93° and humidity was a bit less than you, but I was in the same boat as you, plus, yesterday being Father's day, the round was 6+ hours in that weather.  Even when the cart was moving, it was hot air so no relief there.  Still, I was out playing golf :D
