Guys, who has an air fryer? I see a lot of TikToks with this kitchen helper. If you read the comments, many people like the air fryer and it really helps, other people say that it is just marketing and not worth spending money on. I need an option for a large family, so that we spend less time on cooking, but eat healthy food. How about an air fryer, is that a cool thing?

We just bought an induction stove that has an air fryer as part of the oven. Wife used it last night for the first time to make fries from scratch. I was impressed with the results and would definitely recommend it.

My oven has one. I've used it to cook potatoes and chicken but I really like it for reheating leftovers, especially pizza.

Sometimes I forget that my typical sarcasm does not come through in text format. I made a joking comment in my trainer group about the guys from work going out to lunch while I was working through lunch with my leftovers from the previous night. One of the guys in the group took my comment 100% seriously and started throwing out advice on eating out, as if I haven't been with the trainers for about 8 times longer than he had and travel for work frequently. Apparently my mistake. 

Fairly typical lunch break for me. Chicken tonkatsu, Napolitan pasta, and Greek Yogurt.

This is a tenderloin I smoked and then reversed seared for last Christmas.  I can’t find the finished product photos.  I’ll make sure to take some this year.

No sliced photos this time. This was my first Choice brisket from Costco. Always done prime before and will never do choice again. A little dry for my liking but still pretty good. I’ve always used Meat Church Holy Cow in the past. This was new rub to me. Will go back to Holy Cow next time.

All thing Meat Church are worth getting to be honest. Holy Gospel is my favorite. Honey Hog is amazing on ribs.

I use a rub called “pigs a$$ rub” on my ribs.  I usually buy the same pigs ass rub sauce to put on it.

That looks yummy. Especially for a person like me, who tries to eat mostly food and veggies these days. I was reading here about the holistic wellness approach  and how it can change my life and decided to give it trial. Let see how long i can live without my favorite unhealthy snacks.
