I’ve seen it in every member guest (member -cheat ) , every single time a guy will shoot 3-4 strokes under his handicap each session and tank when his partner is winning the hole .

Great Day going on right now, played golf yesterday and just finished playing today. Played pretty well for both rounds, no 3 putts. Now got some Honey to do list items that need attention before catching a nap before starting work tonight at 8pm.

Going to have a huge seafood boil this upcoming weekend with family coming in from northern Michigan.

Good Morning everyone!  Cooled off quite a bit last night with some rain passing through; also had a 50 mph breeze that lasted only a minute, but that was wild!!  Only 63º now; my wife headed out to our 8:30 tee time while I’m stuck here near the toilet taking my antibiotics.  Sore throat and cough is much better, so thinking I will stop taking the meds tomorrow to let my stomach settle down before we leave Wednesday AM for drive to VA.

It’s still just morning here in AZ. 
So, Good Morning Spy’s, people playing right now, have fun, hit them straight and never be short on a birdie or eagle putt.
Was going to play golf today but this morning was Premier Sunday final day, to an Irishman it was important.
This afternoon is the PGA Championship, so it may be a day of relaxation and watching the PGA as the field looks good and the closeness of the top ten could make an interesting day indeed.

Good morning (if you’re in Hawaii) spies!

Late post today as we’ve been running around all day after the wedding festivities last night. Great weekend all around, with lots of fun memories made with family. 

Headed back to Chicago tonight. Currently sitting in the airport watching the end of the PGA Championship. We’ve got a real battle on our hands! My only complaint is this course seems a little too easy to score on this week. Glad it’s close at least!

Not looking forward to getting back to reality tomorrow. But it will be nice to sleep in my own bed and see our dog tonight.

Played another round this morning,  I wore my @Sundog Eyewear polarized sunglasses for most of the round, then switched to my none polarized ones just to see if there was a big difference and it might just be in my head, but i putted better with the none.  Still like the feel and comfort of both pairs! Would have posted a picture but the are all upside down! Still haven't figured that one out!

Good evening from the left coast. Got up at 2 a.m. California time, landed out here at noon local time and drove out/up here. Have to get up at 5:30 local tomorrow because they want me on site at 6:30.

Got to watch some soccer and golf on the plane, watched the last few holes at the hotel. Some pretty awesome golf. Bryson pushed Xander to the max and he responded, capped by that all-around good putt on 18. 

21 under in a major? Wow. 

Not much golf possible on this trip, but I'll get some FFG workouts done. Hopefully one tonight. Hotel has a decent fitness room.

Are you hitting the edit button, rotating them right side up and saving the edit?

I noticed that I’ve had issues reading greens with polarized sunnies as well!

I must admit, Xander has been playing really consistent golf over the last 3 years or so, and he always looked like he was going to break through on a major, but struggled to get it over the line, but this time around he looked real solid and played superbly.

I hope you all are having a good start to your week. It's a nice morning here and I'm preparing myself for the last full week of work before the outing. 

I got to play a full round yesterday and while I wasn't lights out, I had a pretty good round and a great time.

Gorgeous day here with bright sun and not a ton going on which is great. Hoping to get a lot of work done with the Forum since I have kinda been "slacking" recently. 

A quick note on a new feature we have added - For starters though really nothing annoys us as staff more than when we go through short lists and we see members sign up who are currently on tests. It is truly one of the most offputting things we come across. It looks greedy and that people are just here for free stuff. We make it pretty clear that members can only be on one test at a time so while it can be a good showing when we see those names time and time again as we see them on the list we want to avoid that frustration and annoyance. 

The feature added is essentially a block on signing up. When you agree to participate on a testing opportunity we add you to this list and there will be no signup button available for you. Meaning even if you wanted to you cannot. Once the review has been graded and completed we will take the name off and you will then be able to sign up again. 

To add to this if a member doesn't complete a review and goes MIA or in truth does a really poor effort two things will happen. One in the case of going MIA the member will remain on that list indefinitely. Meaning no more testing. If a review is really poor and deadlines are note met as well as far below our expectations (ie a graded 1 or 2) they will also remain on the list until the following season. 

Finally - we are pushing the envelope with member testing this season. Meaning the most opportunities ever and getting the most opportunities for all of our membership. Next year we will be cutting back based off the number of good reviews and potential for new members to get involved. So where this season we will have in excess of 60 total opps, next year I would expect that to be in the 35-40 range. We want top tier reviews and participation - The lower the general grades are amongst the entire group the fewer opportunities we will have to ensure quality over quantity.

Good morning spies on this back to the grind Monday. Thunderstorms are currently overhead but the rain should be done by this afternoon so clubs will go to work with me today.

I’ve played the last two days with very similar results and the biggest element that I’ve noticed is the struggle that kicks in on the back 9. I’d like to be able to call it fatigue but it seems to happen right after the turn. Play a nice front 9 and then struggle for 2-3 holes before getting back on track. Really hoping that I can work my way through this one soon.

Good morning Spies on this third Monday of May from a partly cloudy and warm Michigan.

Supposed to see record high temperatures today, mid to upper 80's but also a chance of storms in the afternoon and evening.

Had a fairly busy weekend and even had time for a long round yesterday, and not much on the schedule this week except for a follow-up eye doctor appointment from my surgeries, and preparing for the trip to VA.

Hope that your day is the best that it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

Good morning MGSpies from summer has arrived in this neck of the woods at least until Wednesday WNY where 80s are forecast today through Wednesday for this final week of work and preparation before the adventure to MD begins.  Had a chance to play 9 after the HOPE session yesterday, son came down to meet me for a clubhouse cheeseburger then on the course.  Some good hits, some not so good hits, very wet on all low to no slope areas so everyone was walking but greens were fast but somewhat plinko with aeration probably a couple weeks ago. Still the grass was cut at home in the evening and other things done that pleased MyGolfSpouse for a peaceful evening.  Hope golf is a part of your day!

Good morning all!

Had a busy weekend to be sure. Played a quick 9 on Friday afternoon which was nice though game still does not feel as strong as I would like it to.

Saturday we ended up getting thing for our raised garden beds that we were building, though we were a bit short. So we kept working on some other things.

Sunday I went with my Mom for a hike as a follow up Mother's Day plan. Then came home to help finish off the raised beds that took until almost 7 to finish up. Felt good to get things done, but felt like a long couple days.

Back to the grind today with plenty of work in front of me.

Good morning everyone! A busy day ahead for me today. I am out of town Tuesday-Friday for a work training, so all of my typical stuff for the week needs to get done today. We only have two weeks of the school year left, which means the students are getting wild. I'm ready to make it a productive day!
