What a good morning indeed!

Going to be a fun day on the forum... however I have a tee time at 9:10 so if you all can just chill for a little while till I get off the course... that ain't going to happen. 

Have a great morning all and even though Cobra will be the story for the day, of course remember we still have Garsen and LAB available for sign up still and another special test (in my eyes) coming Thursday. 

And just because he is on a boat with limited internet and he is a past champ lets make sure @GolfSpy_BOS doesn't forget about this announcement and tag him a few extra times throughout the day  right @GolfSpy_SAM?

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is having a good start to their day. It's another chilly one here in TN, but I'm thankful that my coffee is warm and delicious. I'm also happy that I brewed it right this morning. I almost left it in the house this morning after seeing the Cobra announcement. I didn't realize I'd left it until I got to the car. Nerves can do crazy things to us sometimes.

Good morning from a chilly as TN where Jason is Western NY and coffee is good and hot making it a good Tuesday morning  got out yesterday after work for what was intended to be 9 holes that ended up a full 18 and feeling good for the extra effort - play was at our pace with nobody in front or behind us as it was quite chilly, rain threatening with ominous clouds that on the 10th instead of rain drops hitting us it was tiny ice balls bouncing off us and the short grass.  All done in 3:24 with a 51/45 for a nice 96 early season round and could be a slide down the handicap scale this year  congrats to the Cobra testers @chisag, @Tom the Golf Nut, @sirchunksalot, @CFreddie, @Jnoble89, and @JerryB on this auspicious day!  And hope golf is part of your day too

Bryan, I honeymooned there… there is a beer brand there named Piton after the mountains…if you can get your hands on it it’s pretty good.

Morning Spies! Just another routine Tuesday with the exception that I made one of the bigger mistakes in adulthood and that leaving getting gas for the morning. What was I thinking?? Coffee is strong and hot and other than that just another day at the office wishing I was at the golf course.

Good morning all! So I’m still broken but the news was best of the worst. Doc says it’s a meniscus tear and should heal on its own fully in 2-6 months but if I take it easy I can maybe start playing again in 2-3 weeks. I’m fine with that as one of the local course I grew up playing at had memberships that allow my 7th and 5th graders to play free with me to grow the game, and they have about 3.5 weeks of school left.

I’ve had meniscus tears in both knees. Definitely focus on taking it easy and don’t rush back in even though that is hard. It’ll help save the rest of the season and make it more enjoyable. Speaking from experience!

I appreciate that advice. When I take them after school let’s put Im thinking I’ll just take my 9 and wedges and just play some easy shots while they go to town. Work on the 140 and in portion of my game.

Excited for the NFL Draft starting tonight.  It feels like a make or break decision night for my hometown guys.  Go Colts!

Heading to Sin City this afternoon with FABWIFE.  Hoping my back sprain resolved before golf Thursday and Friday.  This month has been nutty with travel.  I will pay for it in May and June.

Sending healing thoughts your way for a speedy recovery. My wife and son had meniscus issues as well. It takes time but stick to your PT.

Great Morning (and I can't stress how GREAT it is!!!) all! Still comprehending the fact that I was selected as one of the testers for the Cobra challenge, and now deciding how I will possibly be productive at work today (hint: I probably won't ). Just getting back in from a long weekend celebrating our oldest son's birthday early. He officially turns 6 on Thursday, and he desperately wants to go bowling lol. Good week for that too as it's been cold and wet all week. Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Good Morning Spies, I woke up to see a fine group of testers selected for the Cobra Aerojet Test. The coffee is spot on, the sun is out, and I have a 9:28am tee time. Granted it is 37 degrees out at the moment.

mmm tuesday.  that means golf league day.  I maybe shouldnt have run (use that term loosely) 3mi yesterday.  A bit sore, but I should be alright.

My Dad is back in town as well so I once again will challenge his honor during league.  So far I am up 1 on him.  He ... didnt have a great round the first week of league and I barely did.

Good Morning everyone!  Apparently I don't make coffee as well as my wife; guess I'll have to keep her!    

She spent the night at the Wildhorse Golf Course and Casino last night with her team of ladies.  She got KP on the par 3 #16 yesterday with 3'6" and made the putt, but it wasn't a stroke hole.  She said she didn't play very well, but neither did anyone else.  Windy and that course has very few trees to block it.  The are 13th out of 30 teams.  I think they will do better today.

Went to our course in the afternoon yesterday and there was a H.S. comp in progress and then leagues start at 3pm.  No golf for me.  Heading out early today to walk 9 or 18 depending on how I feel at the turn.   45º right now headed for 71º and sunshine!!

I always get gas in the morning when Costco opens.  Anytime after 10am there are always long lines... I hate lines.

In Nov 2014 I had my left knee replaced after years of pain and "not getting to my left side" in followthrough.  However, I had to have surgery to repair the torn meniscus in my right knee 6 weeks before the replacement so I could have a "good leg" to stand on.

Good morning all! Today looks like a nice day to golf after work. Low 60s, no wind, cloudy. Close to the perfect conditions if you ask me. All I have to do is get through the day and then go and hopefully enjoy a nice round of golf! I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Wife and did a catamaran trip while in the Caymans last year. It was an awesome time as we were able to do some snorkeling, and be around stingrays, and held one in my arms. Very cool experience. Have a great time.
