Thanks Kenny, a cook up even a septic tank must know what a cook up is, and "beers" has been plural for beer since Australian's got a hold of the Queens English and mangled it, just ask Westy! ;)

Never heard the term "cook up"; "cook out" yes. As for beers... I have always used beer as plural for a lot of the same beer, but "beers" is plural when you have multiple brands.

 

I have no idea if this is correct or not, but at least it is a way for me to tell the difference.

Potatoes - Potartos :lol:  Having said that Beers has been plural for multiple numbers and whatever labels for as long as I can remember here in Oz anyway.  We are adept at butchering the language though.
