Nice play Joyzee, BUT did your shot get you to tie for 1st Place among 48 players? No? Well my 106 yard PW over a lake to within 2” of the hole did.

 

You can bomb all day long but it takes the finesse of a finely tuned and fitted Cobra King F8 PW to get to the Hole....LOL.

 

My shot is most definitely the Shot of the Challenge.

But Foz made my case for me thank you.. if you go look at "shot of the day" thread. Foz's own shot of the day is almost identical to my best shot and he thinks it's the shot of the day..

 

So Foz must agree that my 8 iron from 150 ish out is in fact the bet shot..

I mean this is the best when your competitor make a case for your shot.. thank you foz..

Dave, I reviewed your shot and with no disrespect, there are a couple of things i would like to point out. 

 

1 - Possibly the widest fairway I have ever seen and you hit 3H? What gives? I thought you had F8's not your grandmas old clubs from the back shed.... #cobraCONNECT not #cobraLAYUP

 

2 - You try to make the tee shot sound intimidating? Get in your car and drive North. Tell the lads at the borader you are coming to see your old mate Joyzee10. Proceed up to Vancouver, jump in a golf cart with me up at Westwood Plateau. Then, strap in...... because THEN you will see intimidating tee shots. I've seen grown men cry at Westwood (including me!)

 

3 - Bunkers? Where? It looks like this course has a creche and the kids sandpits are next to the 16th hole? "little Jimmy, you're mom is here to pick you up"

 

4 - You're gonna need a GIR to dance with me and Foz, bra.

These shots are all fantastic but where are the "miracle" shots? Where is the wedge for behind trees to a foot? Where is the up and down to and impossible pin from a dead pan lie? Where is the cut a hybrid around a tree from 209 yards then sink a down hill putt for birdie... wait that was me

 

So come on boys you need to really impress me to win my vote 🤔😁😎

Well, folks!! Looks like Dave has spun out of the race... the claim of having an identical shot has been on the back of misinformation. Shame really, I enjoyed the “prestige”.

 

While Foz did claim that to be “shot of the day”... it was on another thread. His “best shot / best hole” submittal is below.

 

So, to me, and I'm no expert, when you point out that your shot is better than another... apples must compare to..... apples
