Well fellow nuts I found an outlet for my golf stories and wisdom. Caddied for over 20 years..."semi-retired" from looping. Leave you with the best mind blowing thought to get under your buddies skin. Tell him on hole three it looked liked he breathed in on his backswing for his drive and breathed out during his backswing forhis putt. Ask immediately if this is rehearsed.....by hole 8 he'll be sacrifising geese to the golf god to find his tempo and timing again!!

Welcome - where are you at in Wisconsin and where did you caddie?  I lived in Sheboygan for 6 years.

Welcome to the forum will be looking forward also to some caddy stories.

That breathing thing is an old gambit. I heard that on from some of the old golf hustlers. Now I did have an opponent try to pull that one on a high school golf match on me one time. I told him I breathed on my backswing oviously because I did not pass out or die. I proceeded to beat him bad 7&6

At Whistling?  Irish, Straits or both?  I've played the Irish a number of times - Straits only at Twilight - one of my members is a Super on the River Course so I had a very nice in.
