Perfect Practice mat troubles

Just got one last month and since the minute I took it out of the box I cant get the memory to come out. The end keeps rolling up towards the holes and the side borders keep curling up away from the floor. Any other owners have any tips? I've had full boxes of balls on each edge for about 2 weeks straight now with zero results.

Did you try to reverse roll it for a day or so. Just roll it opposite to the way it came packed. Usually takes care of the problem.

Hi Tom, yes I did. I laid it out with in reverse for a solid week with no results. It still retained it's memory when I flipped it over to check. I laid it out in reverse again for another week this time with the ball boxes for some extra persuasion, no joy there either. Since then it's been laid out with the golf ball boxes straight up for two weeks. I checked it this morning before I left for the office and it's still curling up in all the wrong places.

Most people have said that laying some heavy books on it for a bit got it to lay flat, I've also heard of ironing it which I plan to do to mine when I finally get around to it.  I'll start with low heat and some steam.

I'd also recommend shooting an email to customer service, they may have some additional tricks.

Using an iron on low with the steam setting on is exactly what customer service said to do. They also said using a hair dryer is an option, but not their first choice.

That's odd.  The one they sent Dustin Johnson has looks perfectly flat .

Doing lines off it prior will do that....I don't know that first hand, I saw on Tic-Tac, or somewhere.....

I ironed mine right out of the box and it worked great.  Just be careful with the surface you are on.  The steam could mess with your hardwood floor finish.
