Tips for repairing a headcover?

Annoyingly I have a small hole in one of my headcovers (PU leather jobby).

Anyone have any good tips for how to fix/prevent it getting any bigger? It's only about 1/4" long at the moment..

Would probably help to add a couple pictures.  Is it on a seam?  Or in the middle of the leather?  Also real leather or a vinyl leather look alike?

Do you have a local cobbler?  They are experts on leather and leather repair.  It's a good time of year to take the golf shoes in for yearly maintenance.  Take the cover in with you.

Given it's a relatively small hole and there's not a lot of stress and strain on head cover, you may want to try one of those vinyl/leather repair kits.  Black should be a standard color and the overall process seems pretty easy.  Looking at a few sites, you can get a kit for between $10 and $20.
