The greens had to be rolling around 12-13. They were faster than I’ve ever played here. It was a great weekend and hope to do it again next year with a group of 8.

Back to one of the courses played at the MGS Kingsmill outing.  Not a bad round; wish it would have been better but a few bad swings that led to a couple of doubles.    Putting was a challenge  as the greens were aerated a couple of weeks ago and still hadn't healed completely so the ball was bouncing all over the place.

Good drive, good hole. Chipping helped to limit the damage as the putter was bad. New irons in the bag that I’m getting used to, not quite as forgiving but had a couple shots on the round that showed the potential.

I went back a tee this week and played very well despite this. I ended up with net eagles on two of the 4 par fives, but the par 3s killed me. I went +4 on the par 3s today, mostly due to poor tee shots (including one in the only water on the course).

Fun day .... great course .... forgettable scoring

Knew the greens were gonna be so much faster than what I typically play, but found out upon arrival that there is a big renevation going on to add an additional water feature to the resort that requires to move the water main into the middle of driving range ... so naturally the entire practice area was closed

Rough start and some bumpy patches.  Couldn't find my swing until the 2nd have and still lost it from time to time.  Still, seemed to fall more in putting on this round and played a similar round as the last few.  Tied my PB for this course.  

If you feel like you are doing worse but are on a plateau, things are about to get better.
