To be honest, I love the simple look of the SCOR/TK Wedges. This wedge looks a little too decorated for me. The back of the club shouldn't matter to performance, but it looks cheaper IMHO.

I am very intrigued with the wedge offering.  $20 to demo and $100 to own, this is a smart move to gain traction in the market place.  for sure willing to test these out.  

 

Aesthetically, I feel its not a bad looking "busy" wedge.  Could be worse.  if it performs as well as a vokey for 1/3 less...why not?

They are nice looking wedges, but almost too busy looking for my taste. I would've liked if they left the middle part out that has precision milled on it and kept it simple. But, to each their own. Curious to see hear how they perform!

I like the looks of them... they look the same at address.  I am curious about the change they made to the v-sole.  I like the v-sole on my SCORs, so I don't know how I would like the change without trying them.  I clicked on their trade-in program... curious that the SCORs are not listed for trade-in value.

Love the look, and as for the company, they are absolutely in it for the long run.  Their customer service is top notch- I bought a Hogan carry bag (offered special last year for $80 plus shipping), and the threads on a loop strap gave way last weekend.  I called them, they called back and they are shipping a  new bag - should arrive tomorrow- no questions, no fuss- just stand behind their products.  Cant say enough good stuff about them!!

After the latest re-organization the new Hogan company has my attention.  If the engineering and the production quality is the same the clubs are very reasonably priced.  $100 for a forged wedge is a very good price since most other companies are $175+.

I recently decided to put new wedges into play this season. As a longtime Hogan fan, I'm hoping to begin and end the hunt with their $20 demo program. To each their own, but the aesthetics look fantastic to me. I'm guessing the tire tread milling on the back side will likely also be included on the impending updated iron releases.

Very excited to try these. With this introduction it makes the TK's an absolute bargain at 75/pop.

Why doesn't anyone else do what PING has done? Minimal branding, no BS, no extra crap. Just a classic looking club

Just like the same reason why they don't make the exact same tennis /golf shoe year after year.... Variety. Also hard to sell a club and charge more $ if it looks exactly like last year's version...
