A generic adapter that goes on a shaft, an OEM specific collar that goes with the head, you have the All-Fit adapter. I have now become an expert on these. All the settings are the same as an OEM Taylormade adapter, it has a ferrule that is basically the same as a Ping ferrule. Putting one of these on a shaft and playing a round, i noticed nothing different, which is what you want.
