Finished my 2nd program today, for me it was called Neural Drive.  I have to wait a couple of more days before I can do my official progress check but I have high hopes.  Based on my peak training speed with a Max swing I'm capable of 125mph.  Just for fun I brought out my driver after my session and just took a few normal "stock" swings without trying to look like John Daly and I was cruising at 121-124mph so I was very very happy!  It should work out pretty well to do at least one more program before my season starts.

Great job and results @hckymeyer

I know that there are a few members who have recently started this program, myself included, so it always is cool to see the benefits this program provided for those others using it.

Just did my progress check following my second program. As expected, this progress check went better. Overall, it looks like I’m on a much slower (pun intended) journey than others. But if I can pick up 2 mph every few weeks, I’ll take it!

Doing Neural Drive next, starting in a few days.

Im curious just where I can end up after at least one, if not several programs.

Would dearly love to be in a sustainable triple digit speed.

Only 6 sessions in to foundations so lots of time to go still.  I did a mini progress check in my living room just taking a few swings.  Not warmed up and also inside (so it had to have held me up just a tad).

upper upper 90s pretty consistently which is good as my average is usually 90-95.

I'll be interested to see what you think of Neural Drive. It's all Full Swings for me so far.

In other news my driver swing feels like it's gone to pot - have been all over the map, and feel like maybe only 1 out of 5 drives on the course looks like where I was a few weeks ago before my new driver fitting. I've developed a very odd habit of skying the ball, which makes me think something with Stack is causing me to get my weight transfer wrong.

ive got a round im playing thursday, ill see what my driver does.  Im not too worried im already a terrible golfer, now im a fast terrible golfer at worst 🙂

If anything my path hasnt changed so thats good.  accidentally tagged my putting mat a few times (good thing I put it down).  Used the hole as a "ball" target.

Two sessions in on Neural Drive. Definitely a change from Full Speed Spectrum, when it's all max and step swings. One of the things that's going to be interesting is if some of the later phases start doing more max swings? I was at 97-98 on my max 195g swings and so far in Neural Drive, my top end appears to be 94-95. (Since it's "the hardest you would swing on the course" and not "come out of your shoes and lose your balance")

As for skying it, I actually have had that same issue a couple times. In fact, I was doing one of the speed priming sessions and put an idiot mark on my driver! Ugh! I suspect that the movement of trying to swing hard might make me a little more steep than I otherwise would be.

That being said, I do think I'm seeing some on-course gains. The 13th hole at my course is a downhill par 4 but is always directly into the prevailing NE wind. In the summer, driver can be too much because you might roll through the fairway and into the water. Personally, I've only ever reached the water a couple of times when it was really baked out. In the winter though, you need driver just for a reasonable chance at a mid-iron in since it's a muddy, sloppy mess from Dec-March. Well.. I... um. Yeah. I tagged this one. The watch is a little dark, but it's measured the drive at 320; you can see the ball just above my wrist and the water about 5 feet past that.

Nice work! The weather has been a lot better here and so I've been getting out to play a lot more than I expected. As a result I'm only two sessions in to Neural Drive. I also just switched driver, so it's going to be a little more challenging to do an A/B comparison in spring (new driver is 1/2" shorter but I'm seeing 8-10yds more distance with 5-6yds more carry).

Looking forward to getting back to the Max swing version of the program. I honestly struggle doing "full" swings without slowing down.

Hey - I know there are no females on here but if you have wives or daughters...  I have already picked up 15 - 20 yards in potential driver and sure enough it played out on the course. I was worried if I would even be able to hit the ball after stacking with "full intent" and "max" but it actually forced me to figure out how to get into my left side more (lead side). I have gone from 184 to 206 .... again as a 64 y/o female 13 HCI. Biggest challenge was bad weather during the freeze and a bout with the flu. Killed my grit score! Kudos to all of you testers for inspiring me.

I can also testify as a woman 🙂 No doubt that the stack works for us too! Without any particular effort, I always had a very good swing speed (between 88mph and 94mph), so I thought that the stack might not allow me to do much better. This is false because in 12 Foundation sessions, I already have a 105mph driver eSpeed! Unfortunately, in the meantime I injured my shoulder, and I'm taking a break from the program. I hope to start training again within 10 days.

Just kidding, actually. I'm so used to being outdriven by everyone for the last 45 years that gender doesn't matter. The surprise is when I'm actually keeping up with my playing partners off the tee.

Sounds like I’m maybe a few workouts in front of you, but yeah, Neural Drive will be all max swings in Phase 2 and then some step work in Phase 3.  Once I get done with it and then get back from a family trip, I’m really looking forward to Neural OverDrive…supposed to really emphasize step swings.

An original reviewer back, I'm nearing the end of the Full Speed Spectrum, my second program, and hit another personal best today.  There's no doubt that the overall change can be a little exaggerated, the very first 195g number is a "full" swing speed, but after a few sessions we all began doing "max" speed 195g swings.  The Max swing, for me, was about 2 to 3 mph faster than the "full".  HOWEVER, my last set today reached 89 mph with the stack (espeed=99 mph).  Allowing a 3 mph difference in backing off to Full effort, I've still gained 7 mph since my first swings, something like 20 yards.  I played last Sunday, first time all year, and definitely saw the distance changes.

Now my tale of woe, I'm heading to California on Monday.  I'll have one final session to finish FSS, and hopefully can fit that and the progress check in, between actual rounds of golf.  Poor me!

Poor me!

Wow!!! 20yds is now the difference between 5 iron to the green or 7 iron now!!! That will have to translate into a few shots in the end!!! Congrats and thanks for sharing!!

I'm the one giving thanks, to MGS and Stack for giving us all this chance to gain a bit of speed.  I've had the chance to review a few really good products for MGS over the years, but I've never given a review score as high as I did for this one.  Now I need to shift my practice back to ball striking, I kind of let that go in the fall when I started the stack program.

I’m about to finish up my foundations program with a couple more sessions. I’m curious what everyone’s thoughts or methodology is for picking their second or next programs. Why did some of you pick the Neural drive program over the others or what went into your decision making for your second programs?

The Ai chooses your next program, ok well it suggests it anyway.

Im at 12/18 on my first foundations run through.  It could suggest foundations again, or potentially another program.  It depends on my final progress check I would assume and whatever learning its garnered from everyone as to what my next program will be to address any deficiencies.

I'm certain that some of the system's recommendations comes from past results.  I also remember taking a kind of "survey", maybe as part of the Progress Check, personal impressions regarding the sessions to date and my own swings.

I did not know it gives a recommendation. Good to know.

First session after watching a tip on initiating your downswing by planting your lead heel. Looks like it worked 🙂

I also love the new UX for showing WHEN your fastest swing/set was:
