Best gps app for iPhone

tony@CIC

Recommended Posts

I use yamatrack gps app for our club but am looking for an additional app. The yamatrack app on works on those courses that have Yamaha carts. Will be playing next week on two courses where it won't work.

Any preferences/recommendations for a free app?

I use Sky Droid. You get a lot for $2 and the yardages match laser rangefinders when I compare side by side.

It gives birds eye view, zoom to greens, distances to F/M/C, distances to points of interest, and custom distances as well. Big package for a small price and no subscription.

TheGrint does a fine job, I have used it a handful of times without any problems. It tracks distance to front, center, and back as well as allowing you to check distance to a specified location on the course.

I use the Grint mostly for the handicap/stat tracking aspect.  It does have GPS functionality and is free.

I use Golfshot Plus. I've had it for years now and it's never failed me. You can move the zoom around to see approximately where the pin locations are. It's not free though.

Golf pad works well there is a free version that you can log where you hit the ball from and it measures the distance of you shots and tracks your score as you go. The yardages are accurate I tested it against my range finder a few times and it was very close.

Another vote for The Grint as an overall good stat tracking and handicap app.  I rarely use the GPS but a buddy of mine does and it is often in line with my gps/rangefinder.  Just a solid app all around IMO

Various applications are in the market when it comes to spy applications. They are used to keep an eye on your workers as well as your kid. Today we will let you know which ones are the best in the market and used at a larger scale.

Cocospy: The application is very good and copes to syndicate an extensive variety of tracking and observing options with quality as well as affordability. It is up till now another application that does not need a jailbroken device to install and go for the monitoring part. The application offers features like monitoring phone calls and messages, track messages, GPS location tracking, email, and browser monitoring and many other things. It has been observed that jailbreaking the target device unlocks many controlling features like recording phone calls and captivating snapshots of the settings giving any precautions. Check this out https://www.cocospy.com/blog/how-to-track-someones-iphone.html for more stuff.

2- Hoverwatch: This is known as a trustworthy computer and smartphone tracking software that was made by Refog. It is a corporation that centers on the development of checking and parental control resolutions. The application gives a lot of valuable features and you can be contented knowing that the target iPhone’s user can’t notice that overwatch is working. With the help of this software, you can decide which information is being verified and even inculcate the target phone to only upload through WiFi. Hoverwatch is one of the finest iPhone spy applications.

Thanks for the tip on thegrint, just downloaded it and it looks like it beats 18 birdies (which I used last year).

Annoying however that it required a zipcode to create an account, seeing as I don't have one. So I entered one I found for Niagara falls, NY and it seems fine. Picking up my local courses with no big deal, thanks guys!

I'm also using The Grint and have for quite a few seasons.  Good hole overviews, yardages seem to be pretty spot on.  Lots of features, even in the free portion of the app.
