Out of the sling. Doc said to start the exercises. Feels good to straighten my arm.

Yes... I'm finding that out. Discouraged with my range of motion at the moment. Right now I feel like it wasn't worth it. See what happens in 6 weeks I guess.

Temper your expectations for now.  Your range of motion will come back and be pain free.  Like I said, take it slow.

Slowww is better.

I never had patience with anything and paying for it now.

I know, I know. Good thing it still looks like this outside or I'd make a mistake probably. Still have a 30” snow depth. I'll be healed by the time it melts.

Wow, you have a bunch of the white stuff.  We had flurries last night and woke to a white dusting on my car.  Temps a balmy 27.  I don't like the ICE AGE.  Keep at the PT and your range of motion will return and the pain will go away.  really :>)

Got a bunch of folks that need to hit rehab!

First day of PT, 2 hours of sleep. Wish me luck fellas! I can only imagine what four letter word combos I will come up with on my ride home. Should get interesting.

Went well. 130° overhead. 45° out to the side. Good massage to loosen up the joints. She said I'll meet my goal of golf on my birthday. May 12th.
