Hello to All...

 

Just a quick introduction about myself. East Coast transplant (Atlanta) now residing in beautiful Southern California.

 

Using the various topics in the forums to educate and motivate myself after a 25 year sport layoff related to head/neck trauma, plus memory loss. Once a 3 hcp now down to 9. Almost completely recovered, now I am in a race with Father Time and the age related health challenges of osteoarthritic, degenerative/replacement joints and plantar fasciitis. Curses! LOL

 

Soon I will be posing questions to the community seeking advice about equipment, exercises and accessories to help me enjoy the Game to the fullest. Hey, if Freddie C can still play in pain, there is hope for the rest of us (though he is only a young 58)!  

 

Any and all insights and suggestions welcome!
