That is awesome that both companies took care of you so well. Great customer service can do wonders for a company.

While it's disappointing to read about your initial experience, I'm really glad to see that both companies did their absolute best to make things right. The internet is filled with complaints and negativity (sometimes unwarranted or barely veiled efforts to get free stuff). It's really nice to read about companies who stepped up and left a positive experience.

in the Align XL golf ball review we are seeing some of the same issues with the print and alignment but the balls I got didn't have any blemishes or cracks but I know the one member used srixon and I believe the alignment print was off.

I feel that good customer service is becoming a lost art in todays world.  I used to own a retail sporting goods store and I prided myself on making sure we had GREAT customer service.  The old saying goes, if you treat someone great, they will tell one person. If you treat them poorly, they will tell 20 people.

I agree, initially I felt as if Srixon was thinking I was just trying to get free stuff.  After I sent them the pictures the feeling changed.  I have never tried to get anything for free, I just want what I work hard to pay for to be of the quality I have come to expect with buying premium balls.  Needless to say, I could not be happier with both Golfballs.com and Srixon.

The past two years I have bought Bridgestones with a much thicker alignment arrow and in both years, no issues whatsoever.  I don't know if it's just with Srixon balls or if it was the thin arrow.  Regardless, they fixed this issue and was amazed that they sent me three dozen more.  I would have thought if I had say 6 balls that were "off", I would get 6 more balls.  They went above and beyond.  It's interesting to hear though about the testing of them and the problems.

Yeah the company seems great with the customer service part, I think they had issues with a supplier for their ink due to the covid-19 situation so not sure if that has anything to do with it but its really cool they fixed the issue quickly

It really was.  I work at a golf course in the summer and can get a lot of equipment at cost (balls included), however I will continue to buy from Golfballs.com and will recommend them to anyone.  I will do the same with Srixon.  In my email to Srixon I stated that I am looking for a ball to game and that I currently use the Bridgestone BXS, after this, I really believe I may have found a winner.  I am loving how the ball feels and plays and now I know the customer service is on point as well.  To be fair to Bridgestone, I never had an issue with any of their balls to begin with.

I have read good things about them here on the site.  I also saw Mark Crossfield said the Srixon Q Star Tour was probably the best pound for pound ball you can get.  Now, he was wearing a Srixon hat in the video but maybe something to look at.  I really like these Z Star XV's.  I will play them for the rest of the season and go from there.

I agree with that 100%. I feel that great customer service is so rare that it almost catches me off guard when it does happen. Best way to lure me back as a return customer is great service.
