You don't say where you are located so I am assuming you are willing to ship clubs.   I'd suggest @McGolf he is one of our resident builders

Agree with @cnosil. I just watched a video of @McGolf change a bore through shaft on a driver and after viewing it I realized I am never attempting that myself!

@McGolf is great! If you are looking to go more local, you may look to see if Wishon has any clubfitters in your area. Custom club fitters like those who fit Wishon are generally accomplished club builders or would know a club builder who would do bore through club sets. Googling around you might also find club builders that way but I wouldn't always expect a full website as a lot these people tend to have their shop at their home. You could also just call your local golf shop and ask if they know who the local builders are.
